Same here. My mom has a horse and I just want to go with my mom to her horse. But I can't because I'm very anxious when people watch me. I'm certain I would cry if I would be with a horse right now, but I can't cry in front of people because I have never done it in a decade and the pressure is too much :(
The most profound connection I ever had with an animal was with a white horse who galloped up to me while on an island beach. He was smiling so much he was showing his teeth and swimming playfully in the ocean with me. I have never felt more understood by an animal. Pure magic.
I am blessed to have my own horse. I'm an experienced trainer and I worked with her, to get her out of her shell. Now she's working on me. And when I'm with her, there is nothing else there. I forget everything........ it's just that beautiful black horse and me.
Animal therapy is a great thing. They trust fully into us. They carry peace and love. I used to care for the mentally disabled, and would take them out to the wild Mustang ranch here in Oklahoma and they would love it ❤️

But learned that everyone has things to learn about themselves because horses can sense everything about you. Every time I go home I just stand in my grandfathers field and all the babies come to me.
So I tried horse therapy yesterday, because this video made me decide to try it. Wow, the horses really do hold space for feeling, the crying just bubbles up and you can feel and see the horses release with you. So grateful for this experience. Thanks for this video Sky 💛🐴

I had horses for about 5 years and rarely rode them. People thought I was weird that I spent all this money to take care of them and never ride them, but this is why! They were my therapy! Theyre incredible and one of them I felt as though she was like part of my sole family! Just the strongest connection. I love horses so much.
It's their high heart rate variability or heart coherence that helps the human. They can take a humans low HRV and change it to match theirs. This is a molecular change, it is actually rising your vibration higher and closer to the vibration of love. I am a Heartmath practitioner and it was their science that showed me what was actually happening. I have had horses my whole life and I would have checked out long ago if it was not for the horse energy. They are 6th dimension beings. And to think people still send them to slaughter...well sending any being to slaughter is wrong.

I'm so lucky to finally have my horse.. had been dreaming of having a horse for years. Didnt want to wake up from those dreams. Now it's even better to wake up from my horse dreams because I can go in my garden and say good morning to my animals including my horse. Poop picking is great too. I am finally getting succes with my compost!! Next spring we are going to be busy planting some more vegetables 😁🐎🙏🌷
