I mean a fear of being behind a horse is legit bc youre never supposed to walk up behind a horse and scare them you could get kicked.
I did that yesterday and I think it transformed my life as well. I'll do a video soon on my channel on that experiment.
there is a horse therapy opportunity where i live and my mom was thinking about signing me up for it so i decided to check out videos about it
