Me too. Re writing of correct history must be included in next election manifesto. What is Education minister of PM Modiji gov.t doing? Happily sleeping about this imp. topic?
@@umakantgajjewar8898 Totally agree. Worst thing is cultural ministry is beautifying tombs. They dont even have time to rebuild Hampi, martand Sun temple in JnK.
Dr Kalyanaraman is brilliant and deserves a Bharat Ratna for this work alone. Its implications for India and the identity of Indians is too great for words
That was absolutely fascinating. The isotopic analysis unequivocally establishing the Provenance of Copper from Khetri ,Rajasthan was a great revelation.Thailand has Tin .It indeed makes sense that Bharat had a lot of interaction with Thailand and South East Asia probably with Malaysia ,which also has a lot of Tin deposits..We are yet to crack the metallurgical secret as to how the Iron Pillar in Delhi remains Rust Free!.There is absolutely no doubt that much more than the GDP contribution,Bharat had contributed Science &Technology to the ancient world...Kudos to Shri Iyer and Shri Kalayanaraman for this phenomenal session!
Makes sense to have some kind of protective coat and fascinating to see it has withstood the test of time. However, have my doubts as to whether it would be an Iron Oxide--since that would be "Rust" ,which is counter -protective!Metallurgists need to properly investigate.
I get more insight into Indus script (and culture) from this talk than from all the academic books i've read so far! Wonderful scholarship. The importance of metal trade in ancients was large. Even Jesus was supposed by many to come from one of these metal trading families. The Greek bible tells us He was a 'Techton" which is not a carpenter, but a worker in metals and their smelting, procuring, etc. This was his father josephs trade also, and a common mid eastern occupation amongst the learned families of the time, and was how his religion spread thru his family kin ( the Desposyni, who the church of Rome mercilessly hounded and murdered, as is their way) in the immediate generations after his death, along these copper tin gold silver trade routes. well before the Church of Rome came on the scene. How did I get here? YO the metal trade of Yore.
MIND BOGGLING & FASCINATING REVELATION OF RIG VEDA....WHY NOTHING OF OUR ANCIENT & GLORIOUS CIVILIZATION NOT TAUGHT TO US IN THE SCHOOL AND COLLEGES ?JAI HIND
You mean we should expect Leftist historians---they write all our school and college history books---to tell the truth?! They just can't bear to accept the real history of India.
Overwhelmed at the thought of the enormity of his work and it's implications. And Elated at the possibility of getting nearer to the truth and hence justice. Heartfelt thanks.
Outstanding conversation. Dr S Kalyanaramanji explanation is truly wonderful. It's extremely unfortunate that these are not taught in indian school text books. what' s even more tragic is that no media invites Dr S Kalyanaramanji too for talk.
The title should be what he says around 19:10-13: Maybe who knows. I came here thinking this was serious scholarship but all I saw was some guess work that tries to fit the story based on Rigveda. He is starting with a conclusion that Rigveda must be older than Indus Valley Civilization, so he is pushing back the dates of Rigveda further into past to fit his religious belief.
His scientific temper looks unquestionable; only solid science could be published in international Journal papers! And where he does not have evidence, he says it outright, objectively. At any rate, the Rig Vedas have been proved to have been composed before 5000 BCE by the likes of Nilesh Oak, Raj Vedam etc. based on scientific evidence esp. astronomical .
Dear iyer ji please do more videos with Dr. S Kalyanaraman garu sir regarding ancient Bharat......we like to hear more from him regarding our ancient history.....
A Civilization born from equity , Respect to Other's , Relationship with Community . And Sanskrit teaches division of Human's and Humanity as So called Caste System or into four Varna system in Dharma - shastras divides society into four varnas ( Brahmins , Kshatriyas , Vaishya and Shudras). If I Wrote a book or a marvel Comics like stan lee . I will consider myself as hulk or Captain America . That's exactly what brahmins or Sanskrit did to the Society . They wrote the varnas and they made themselves supreme leader by putting themselves on top of the food chain .
Sir, could we please request Shri S Kalyanaraman to do a lecture series for us on the economic system of ancient India - settlement geography, how it worked, how they shared wealth, trade routes, education system and law system etc. Second lecture series on deciphering the pictographs on some products that our ancestors were trading in. Please Sree Iyer ji, this was a fantastic explanation and I really would love to learn more. I'm sure a lot of other viewers would love to learn more.

This is brilliant. I wish you get in touch with Rajesh Rao, I just heard him on TED talks who is trying to decipher Indus script. The way you explain it becomes clear and meaningful but strangely hard to comprehend without being explained. This is amazing.
If anything is good, the Brahmins will write some story connecting to it and claim it to be their own. In the same way, the Vedas came to have all the technological and scientific knowledge humans ever needed including the Theory of Relativity, Genetic Cloning, modern medicine, and so on!
wow...what an amazing content. Rigveda was at least 6000-7000 years? metallurgy was so advanced we made fine quality alloy metals and supplied to egypt. next time IF someone demeans Hindu civilization and brags about their 2000 yrs old history, I have better knowledge to squash them.
I think, "Squashing," people is not the best attitude. Most of us that love ancient history don't have any ethnic agenda. Dating much further back than the middle Iron Age, when there emerged notions of writing down history somewhat objectively by the Greeks, such dating is a very sketchy affair. If you have acquaintances who belittle your culture and don't know the Greek culture they claim goes back to only 2600 years then I wouldn't worry about it. That which we don't know regarding ancient history far, far exceeds that which we only think we know. For example, the dating of Sumerian civilization keeps getting pushed back to approximately the same period. They only developed writing (the line that separates what we call, "history," and "pre-history) around 3500BC but that culture itself could go back much further. We have evidence that Gobekli Tepi in Turkey may go back to around 12-14,000BC, but dating methods in archaeology are often circular in nature and we don't even know if Carbon-14 degraded at the same rate then. It may not have due to different conditions in the ancient world. Since the mythical city of Dwarka (perhaps the very city of Krishna) may be at the mouth of the Indus where it meet the Indian Ocean but is under several hundred feet of water, this could mean that the civilization predate even the end of the Ice Age (around 11,000BC) and the dates could move back even further, but at this point we don't know since the Indian government will not grant permits to investigate. Read my commends above starting with, "Given the traditional view..." and please comment if you wish.

This discourse by Seer and Historian Shrii P R Sarkarji needs further scientific investigation : From the study of history, it is known that the Rgveda was composed outside India, mainly in Central Asia and Russia. The Yajurveda was written mostly outside India; only a portion was written in India. And the Atharvaveda was composed in Afghanistan and India. Those three Vedas - Rk, Yaju and Atharva - long afterwards, say about 3500 years ago - were edited and divided into different branches by Maharshi Krishadvaipayana Vyasa. The oldest compositions were named Rgveda, the intermediate portions were called Yajurveda, and the remaining portions were named Atharvaveda. The last-named Veda was named after the great sage, Atharva, the first author of this Veda. And by compiling the musical compositions of the three Vedas, yet another Veda - the Sámaveda, the fourth Veda - was created. Sáma in Sanskrit means “musical composition”. The Sámaveda itself is not a Veda. Sadáshiva was born at a time when the age of the Rgveda was coming to an end and the Yajurvedic Age was about to begin. The people had not yet invented script. In the days of Shiva, the serious disadvantage was that, although the people were acquainted with the science of phonetics, that is, the intonations of the letters, they did not know how to write [[letters]]. The Bráhmii and Kharośt́hi scripts were invented some time after Shiva. Thus we can generally say that the Vedas and Tantras exercised their mutual influence over each other, through the invention of script, only at the time of the Atharvaveda. The external form that was given to Tantra by Shiva in His time underwent a slight transformation in subsequent periods. You may raise the question - well, when the goal is the same, when the path is also the same, then why this transformation? The only cause was: there was no written book in those days. All the compositions - both Vedas and Tantras - were handed down orally from one generation to another. As a result, there arose a difference of opinion among the teachers themselves - one teacher or muni [seer] would say one thing, and another muni would say something else. Now although letters were invented during the age of the Atharvaveda, the Vedas could not be written down due to one obstacle - a peculiar superstition (better to call it a dogma) that the Vedas should not be written down. Maharshi Atharvaʼs followers - Aungirá, Aungirasa, Satyaváha, Vaedarbhi, etc. - tried for the first time to get the Vedas written down in letters, but they were not courageous enough to do so because it was forbidden. (The very name of Vaedarbhi suggests that he was a resident of Vidarbha, and in India, particularly in the Vidarbha area, the Atharvaveda was partly written. Hence it is not proper to assume that the entire Veda was written outside India.) The Vedas were called shruti because they had to be mastered only by hearing: letters had not yet been invented. But once the script was invented, what could be the reason for not writing down the Vedas? The problem was the superstition, and the scholars did not dare to defy the superstition. -- From: All Bask in the Glory of Shiva - 1 (Discourse 6) Published in: Namah Shiváya Shántáya
A catamaran (/ˌkætəməˈræn/) (informally, a "cat") is a multi-hulled watercraft featuring two parallel hulls of equal size. It is a geometry-stabilized craft, deriving its stability from its wide beam, rather than from a ballasted keel as with a monohull sailboat. Catamaran is from a Tamil word, kattumaram, which means "logs tied together". Why bring Aryan rig veda into Indus scripture which is not deciphered
Thanks for sharing knowledge. The stitched boats are still popular in Konkan, Maharashtra where we have a large Jewish settlement in Alibaug dating back to the time of 1st temple destruction. सांगाडा (Sangada) in Marathi means skeleton.
Looking to ancient history is too much defragmented. But Saraswati civilization looks to be the glue to all those. World need to give over civilization proper place.
Yes, Vedic timelines are much much older than the excavations can prove. Excavation will only prove very recent occurrences, but not the ones which are lakhs/crores of years old. Vedic times lines/Yugas are itself very very long. One Kaliyug itself is 4,32,000 years old ( Kaliyug has started after departure of Bhagwan Shri Krishna ) 4,32,000 years = Kaliyug 2 x Kaliyug = Dwapar Yug = 8,64,000 years. 2 x Dwapar = Treta Yug = 17,28,000 years 2 x Treta = Sat Yug = 34,56,000 years 71 x ( Add four Yugas above ) = 1 Manvanter
@JarJarBinks You said it correctly. Vedas are loosely translated into english as 'Eternal, timeless Knowledge'. In that sense, 'knowledge' has always existed even before big bang, otherwise, 'what' banged, what is the 'cause' of this bang etc.? That is how Vedas are eternal, and they are set into motion at the beginning of each creation. And at the end of creation, this 'information/knowledge' gets dissolved, again to be manifested at the begging of next cycle of creation ( wheel of world/Sansar/Sansar-Chakra keeps on turing forever ). That is why it is regarded as Satya-Sanatan ( = one which has no begining or no end ) Of-course it is not possible to teach these concepts into few lines on youtube. It takes years and years of practice of theory and practical, under a 'Qualified' Guru (teacher). Much like todays Phd. under a capable professor. Otherwise anyone can obtain a Phd. by reading/writing of few lines on TH-cam/ or by just reading text-books, which are available anywhere. Why go to a University/Professor to obtain a Phd.? Actually, as per tradition, I am not even supposed to tell/write this reply. In that sense I know I am violating a principle/rule of Guru Parampara (tradition). I have observed that this is a defect in me, and hopefully I will be able to correct it over a period of time under guidelines by Gurus. There are certain criteria a person has to meet, before Gyan ( knowledge ) can be imparted. And the provider of Gyan has to be a properly qualified as well, which I am not by any means. But a many people who have listened to my in depth lecture in person have said that they have felt 'peaceful'. I know I am not in business of proving Gyan to others. But sometimes I make mistakes and I regret it afterwards why I did 'Anadhikar Ceshtha' ( foolish attempt to provide Gyan by a un-qualified person ). Learning from my past mistakes, these days I have minimized my mistakes and trying to maximize to do it correctly/right action, in order to reach/know that which is worth knowing/obtaining in this birth of Manav Sharir ( Body/life of Human form/being )
Its a criminal negligence from our educational setups in India whom had not included these in our history texts for our generations to study it and understand our country and its ancient historical achievements. I think this negligence is done deliberately to keep our future generations from these remarkable history and according to me omitting such facts is antinational and a criminal act...thanks a lot Pgurus..thank you..
No point trying to prove if Indus script was Dravidian or Aryan, Tamil or Sanskrit. That is all guesswork. One thing is for sure, the term Aryan has deep roots in Persia. Before the rise of Islam and Arabia (600 AD), Persia flourished in and around the areas of Iran, Balochistan, Pakistan and NW India. Everyone knows that. Persians are not ethnically Arabians, they had to flee Islam and Arabs. What people dont know is the word "Iran" means "Land of Aryans" in Farsi, and Hindi is 30-40% Farsi, which we all learned in school. Even much before the time of Alexander the Great, Persia used to trade and war with Europe. And we know that Indus Valley used to trade with Mesopotamia. So there was obvious interchange between Iranian, Sumerian, Mesopotamian and Indic/Dravidian cultures. That is why we see terms like Indo-Iranian, Indo-Aryan, Proto-Indo European, etc. Even if one does not believe in Aryan migration theory, it is inevitable. Language and History proves it. One cannot simply use an umbrella term like Aryan and claim it for one single ethnicity. If you are Aryan, part or full, you belong to the Persian gene pool. Tamil on the other hand has similarities with Australian aboriginal languages, and more remarkably, Korean. More than 500 Korean words have the same pronunciation and meaning as Tamil words. This ties it to the Ayodhya/Ayuta Indian princess who travelled to marry the Korean emperor, since the ancient name of Kanyakumari was Ayuta. This Sanskrit vs Tamil, Aryan/Persian vs Dravidian debate occurs simply because of the shape of the Indian subcontinent. Think about it. North Western parts have seen maximum invasion/migration, while down South there are no landmasses but only ocean.
Linguistically it's proved Iran is not Home of Aryans. But India can be homeland of Aryan. Actually vedic region was from Southern and eastern Afghanistan to western U.P. oldest Iranian text is Avesta. Oldest part of Avesta are 5 gathas made by Zarathustra and these 5 gathas shows so much similarities with later parts of Rig Veda. But oldest parts of Rig Veda don't have this similarities.
Mrugendra Vinod ji has also done analysis on the harrapan motifs, worth watching. I think there needs to be some linking together of all these workers to come to some form of consensus based on present knowledge. Otherwise we end up with different interpretations leading to the whole venture of each worker as contestable and untrustworthy. Didn't Shrikant Taligeri do some work on this, too.
We should create a platform with a group of like minded people, approach HRD department with the help of PMO office to reform our history textbooks in accordance with new findings.Major part of history needs to detail about 10000 BC to 800AD.
Incredible study of Indus valley symbology! I guess this should settle that Indus valley people were using Sanskrit words such as dhatu, mukha etc. to signify the contents of the ingots. Hopefully the bogus AIT that Aryans came to Indus valley with Sanskrit/PIE and destroyed IVC would be put to rest. I wonder why no written texts are found in IVC with contemporary literature? Is it because written language wasn't invented and literature was created and transmitted only orally? Seems odd.
For those who are not trained in history as an academician-- There is no academic consensus on any decipherment of Harappan script. So beware. It's only his interpretation.

Has his research paper been published in any journal of archaeology of international level , or so ? Has his claim been accepted by the scholars of international fame beyond any doubts ? Actually several thousand claims on deciphering the Indus script have been made so far , but all are just on mere guessing ! One question - If Mahabharata as claimed is supposed to predate Indus civilization and Sanskrit was being heavily used in that era then why were Indus people using a new script? If the Indus era followed after Mahabharata then after getting destroyed the rest of India resumed usage of sanskrit. The order claimed is Sanskri>Indus script>sanskrit, which seems unreal and illogical.
Vedic sanskrit(mainly oral)>indus script(maybe invented specifically to encode vedic sanskrit in symbols for trade)>Classical sanskrit {under Brahmi script}(roots established by sakatayana in 9th century , till 9th century last blood of veda vyasa king Janamejaya, sakatayana> yasna> panini (father of classical sanskrit) ) > Gupta script > Siddham script > Devanagari script( modern day indian subcontinent languages).
to me it looks like human civilization is 'interrelated' between different cultures/areas each affecting gradual rise of human civilization from a) hunter gatherer and stone wood tools b) farming community again using wood stone and some metal domesticated animals and seeds c) cities spring up with surplus food and time ( time to build invent ) d) industrial revolution e) modern era . side by side math and writing evolved due to need need to build structures ships keep accounts so we have use of fingers to say how many or draw lines ( represent fingers ) later these lines transform to a letter or 'number' in communication it starts with picture stick man means person fish means fish a wave means water tree means tree then the tree started to mean the sound 't' look at construction of t still looks like picture of tree now these sounds could be combined and one could decipher a written code of sound hence written word here we have reading/writing

Dr. S. Kalayanaraman is indeed a versatile scientist and has vast knowledge. But I have one objection. After the demise of the Indus civilization, not a single seal was produced in the last 4000 years. This is appalling. Talking about the past is one thing but the reality is something else. It meant just one thing. Everything about the Indus Valley was purposely discarded because they were not Vedic in origin. It was considered an abomination. The Indus seals belonged to an enemy. No one even searched for them. It was only when the British came to India in search of treasures and relics that the Indus seals and pottery appeared. Not single scholar in the last 4000 years even hinted that there was a lost civilization called the Harappan civilization. The other serious objection I have against Dr. Kalyanaraman's presentation is that the language of the Indus Valley could not have been Sanskrit. It is impossible to read the Indus script in Sanskrit. The language was Archaic Tamil. I have great respect for the venerable Dr. Kalyanaraman, but I have been working with the Indus script for more than 40 years and I have deciphered 4 signs of the Indus script. The language cannot be Sanskrit. It is Archaic Tamil. Archaic Tamil was also the language of Sumer in Mesopotamia. Lastly, despite so much support for the Sarasvati river civilization, I personally feel that it was not in India. The Indus Civilization was destroyed. Everything was buried. Objects of use are never buried. They are used again and again and become heirlooms. Nobody lived to use them. Everyone perished.
According to Lamarkism if some one not use their brain and logical thinking for long time, then their brain become defunct like sanskrit proponents ! 1.. Sanskrit ia an anatolian rudimentary language brought to India by nomadic aryan then perfected.by heavily borrowing from Dravidian and Pali and PRAKRIT. All these borrowed words are plagiarism . sanskritists stole from all.languages but dishonestly claim other languages borrowed from sanskrit. Shame! 2. Do not have a script because it was a oral primitive language .."san script" means no script.. "Eluthakilavi" means no script. 3. Borrowed dravidian Nagars script called Nagari and changed name as deva-nagari..deva in persian ( original Aryan) language means demons or devils ..sanskrit devils script! 4. Also in 2300 years ago Ashoka inscription were in greek and pali no sanskrit indicating no sanskrit then whereas tamil inscription carbon dated in Keeladi is 2600s old and in Adichanallur 2900yrs old. 5.only perfected and borrowed the script Nagari darvidian during GUPTAS period in 400AD. THEY CHANGED NAME AS DEVANAGARI.. 6. Most sanskrit texts are either translated or plagiarised from dravidian or Buddhist or Jains..7. SANSKRIT is gender and race or caste discriminatory..that is women cannot learn or read or write in sanskrit so also nonbrahmins. So allothers orvmajoroty if indians used tgeir mother tongue dravidian tamil! there was no women writer or authors on sanskrit whereas there were more than 47 tamil women authors even before sanskrit borrowed developed its script..8. Sanskrit is the youngest Indo-European language ans many vedic and ouranic names were found in Anatolia and the invading aryans brought their Proto sanskrit from Anatolia. 9. Is Sanskrit compulsory in NASA for AI (Artificial Intelligence) research? Robert Frost, Instructor an Flight Controller at NASA Answered Dec 4, 2014: No, that's another internet hoax/urban legend traceable back to a single paper written in 1985.
You may believe or not but truth is Aryans are origins in India and they migrated other places from ancient India. Rigveda confirms this Dasa rajna or ten kings war!! Not only that all the modern archaeology like Saraswathi river discovery, other excavation sites like sinauli near Gurshetra or Delhi which confirms the oldest chariot with knife and helmet which belong to 4200 years ago.vouch origin of Aryans in India. Modern genetics support the same!
Watching it second time, and it mesmerises me to the same extent yet again ! The conclusion dialogue- How Sarswati can be two places at once? Is a bit funny, as River was so big- infact why only 2 places? Look at Ganga today, isn't it present at Haridvar, Banaras and Kolkata too! Same thing about any big river, Brahmputra, Nile, Amazon...Sir Kalyanraman won the biggest respect of my heart when He said, "my grandmother told me the 3 rivers met at Prayag, why would I disbelieve her?" This disbelief in our ancestors or elders' sayings is the starting point from where we started loosing our history and roaming confusedly asking foreign universities/ invaders to tell us who we are rather then listen to what our elders at home said...
There is an infight between archipelago ist and the historians to claim the heritage.those brahmin leaned persones will say this is Aryans and sanskrit originals .the problem is Ramayana and Mahabharata its historical timing. These people wants to tag indus to contribution of Aryans and descendents of indus.they forget about other civilised people like Mesopotamia etc .

And while it may not be known to a lot of people on our planet, today Tamil is spoken by around 78 million people which makes it the longest surviving language in the world. Sanskrit: Next in line is Sanskrit, the ancient language of India which can be traced back to 2000BC in its earliest written form. . While today only a very small group of people still speak the language, it has had a large influence on several western languages as part of the common Indo-European language root. What you might not know is that the basic language of computers were also constructed along the principles of Sanskrit. Hebrew: While many believe that Hebrew has been used for the last 5000 years, its earliest written examples date only to 1000BC. It is also an interesting example because it ceased to be a spoken tongue from 200 CE to 400 CE and was only really resurrected as a living language after the creation of the state of Israel after the second world war.. At present, around 9 million people speak Hebrew across the world. Arabic: Another ancient language with only relatively recent written examples is Arabic. The earliest example of Arabic inscription dates back to 512 CE. Today, about 290 million people consider Arabic as their first language, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait and Oman. This is just a short list of the languages that we still recognise and use today. We know there have been many more languages but they are either no longer spoken, or lost to history as no written records have ever been found.

This is the best PGuru interview ever. It has ignited a fire in me to know more about my Civilization.
It seems the Iron Pillar has a thin surface oxidation layer that develops at the surface to protect the inner material from further oxidation/rusting.
Makes sense to have some kind of protective coat and fascinating to see it has withstood the test of time. However, have my doubts as to whether it would be an Iron Oxide--since that would be "Rust" ,which is counter -protective!Metallurgists need to properly investigate.
BRILLIANT VIDEO. I so appreciate the wisdom of Dr Kalyanaraman and his work on translating the Indus Valley Script. This is cutting edge stuff.
I am an ardent follower of pgurus. I wasn't aware of this most enlightening video. Hats off to both of you. ❤
Genius. So glad this work is being done. Dr S kalyanraman, DK Hari and Hema Hari should be given positions in state and central universities
I wish Indian TV has dedicated educational channels. These discussions should be aired to the masses. Very important to educate us about our history.

Heartfelt thanks.
his 'peers' will not recognize him, so it will come to nothing. unless the fabric of the academia is changed.
Outstanding conversation. Dr S Kalyanaramanji explanation is truly wonderful. It's extremely unfortunate that these are not taught in indian school text books. what' s even more tragic is that no media invites Dr S Kalyanaramanji too for talk.
This is the History our children should be taught /know and be proud of
The title should be what he says around 19:10-13: Maybe who knows.
Rigveda was composed much earlier. The Abrahamic view is lopsided. It fits only in the 4000 years ago.

Rigveda was at least 6000-7000 years? metallurgy was so advanced we made fine quality alloy metals and supplied to egypt. next time IF someone demeans Hindu civilization and brags about their 2000 yrs old history, I have better knowledge to squash them.
you are right
I think, "Squashing," people is not the best attitude.

This discourse by Seer and Historian Shrii P R Sarkarji needs further scientific investigation :
From the study of history, it is known that the Rgveda was composed outside India, mainly in Central Asia and Russia.

Dr Raj Vedham,Hyderabad has done an extensive work on the river Saraswati
Looking to ancient history is too much defragmented. But Saraswati civilization looks to be the glue to all those. World need to give over civilization proper place.
The University of Heidelberg has examined and found that the Tin Ingots of Haifa were mined from Cornwall, UK.
Awesome work.....👏👏
More research needs to be done by Indian scientists and archeologists to unravel the true greatness of ancient Indian civilization
River Saraswati's timeline is 50,000 to 1,00,000 years BC ... please see Nilesh Nilakanth Oak's TH-cam videos...
Yes, Vedic timelines are much much older than the excavations can prove. Excavation will only prove very recent occurrences, but not the ones which are lakhs/crores of years old.
Vedic times lines/Yugas are itself very very long. One Kaliyug itself is 4,32,000 years old ( Kaliyug has started after departure of Bhagwan Shri Krishna )
4,32,000 years = Kaliyug
2 x Kaliyug = Dwapar Yug = 8,64,000 years.
2 x Dwapar = Treta Yug = 17,28,000 years
2 x Treta = Sat Yug = 34,56,000 years
71 x ( Add four Yugas above ) = 1 Manvanter
@JarJarBinks You said it correctly. Vedas are loosely translated into english as 'Eternal, timeless Knowledge'. In that sense, 'knowledge' has always existed even before big bang, otherwise, 'what' banged, what is the 'cause' of this bang etc.? That is how Vedas are eternal, and they are set into motion at the beginning of each creation. And at the end of creation, this 'information/knowledge' gets dissolved, again to be manifested at the begging of next cycle of creation ( wheel of world/Sansar/Sansar-Chakra keeps on turing forever ).
That is why it is regarded as Satya-Sanatan ( = one which has no begining or no end )
Of-course it is not possible to teach these concepts into few lines on youtube.
Learning from my past mistakes, these days I have minimized my mistakes and trying to maximize to do it correctly/right action, in order to reach/know that which is worth knowing/obtaining in this birth of Manav Sharir ( Body/life of Human form/being )
25:00 there was a migration of people from southeast Asia into NE (Assam?). Could this have been related to the Tin trade?

Otherwise we end up with different interpretations leading to the whole venture of each worker as contestable and untrustworthy. Didn't Shrikant Taligeri do some work on this, too.

Seems odd.
Fascinating. Satyam eva jayate.
For those who are not trained in history as an academician-- There is no academic consensus on any decipherment of Harappan script. So beware. It's only his interpretation.

One question - If Mahabharata as claimed is supposed to predate Indus civilization and Sanskrit was being heavily used in that era then why were Indus people using a new script? If the Indus era followed after Mahabharata then after getting destroyed the rest of India resumed usage of sanskrit.
The order claimed is
Sanskri>Indus script>sanskrit, which seems unreal and illogical.
Vedic sanskrit(mainly oral)>indus script(maybe invented specifically to encode vedic sanskrit in symbols for trade)>Classical sanskrit {under Brahmi script}(roots established by sakatayana in 9th century , till 9th century last blood of veda vyasa king Janamejaya, sakatayana> yasna> panini (father of classical sanskrit) ) > Gupta script > Siddham script > Devanagari script( modern day indian subcontinent languages).
Pl do not confuse language and script.entirely different things.Sanskrit did not have a script till very recently.

to me it looks like human civilization is 'interrelated' between different cultures/areas each affecting gradual rise of human civilization from a) hunter gatherer and stone wood tools b) farming community again using wood stone and some metal domesticated animals and seeds c) cities spring up with surplus food and time ( time to build invent ) d) industrial revolution e) modern era . side by side math and writing evolved due to need need to build structures ships keep accounts so we have use of fingers to say how many or draw lines ( represent fingers ) later these lines transform to a letter or 'number' in communication it starts with picture stick man means person fish means fish a wave means water tree means tree then the tree started to mean the sound 't' look at construction of t still looks like picture of tree now these sounds could be combined and one could decipher a written code of sound hence written word here we have reading/writing

वेद अनादिअनन्त नित्य हैँ ।वह ईश्वर का ज्ञान है उनका प्रकाश होता है रचना नहीँ।।
Dr.
Though I don't believe in invasion theory, but it is beyond doubt that Indo Aryans rigvedic people were migrants and came during 1900bce to 1600 bce.
Fascinating, I want to know more 🤓
Very fascinating.
It's stupidity to call IVC as saraswati civilization when it's script is not deciphered!
Same thing about any big river, Brahmputra, Nile, Amazon...Sir Kalyanraman won the biggest respect of my heart when He said, "my grandmother told me the 3 rivers met at Prayag, why would I disbelieve her?"
This disbelief in our ancestors or elders' sayings is the starting point from where we started loosing our history and roaming confusedly asking foreign universities/ invaders to tell us who we are rather then listen to what our elders at home said...

Thank you Sir for enshrining this wisdom here..
Shata vandan Kalyanram sahab.
Indus Valley Civilization has nothing to do with Vedic people.
they write with hyperglyphics and also picture ( for those who could not read)
Thank you, sir. Could you please provide sub-titles.
Rig veda is old, but rig veda don't talk about South India or it's ppl and civilization. Tamils had copper and sea faring capabilities from antiquity. Egyptians came here for pepper for thousands of years.
Sanskrit lover will not like to speak about this.
@@SK-jt8xv tamil have copper age settlement in adichanallur. Govt till date don't want to release report. Skull of African and mongoloid ppl have been found suggesting sea faring. Tamils have sent spices to eypt before 3000 years. Rig veda don't know about features of South. Andhra is 1000 km north of tamirabarani river.
@@SK-jt8xv your history knowledge is pathetic. Almost all archeological dig in TN is either a industrial sites or burial grounds or sea ports. We had our own sea faring capabilities, spice trade, metal refining, gold, semi precious stone jewellery, teak woods, and also the most important we are smack in the middle of global sea trade route. In those days no one can go to far east to Europe or egypt without touching tamil land via sea routes. Sanskrit lover hate this simple fact.
@@SK-jt8xv most of these lands are now in pak and afgan, lost for ever. Tamil is surviving till date with continuity. Sanskrit is dead giving birth to new languages.
@@SK-jt8xv language die out when no new literature is written or people don't speak. New language emerged along with new regional dynasty. They supported new language and literature which caused sanskrit to go out. It is living in other language, but not on its own.
Please Indians, stop favoring the biased western education system.
Very interesting hypothesis. I think harappans only invented sanskrit and vedas over the millennia.
Sanskrit is foreign language spoken by Russian and European language family
@@mscreationworks5787 no no all European languages can trace their source back to india where sanskrit was formulated over ten thousand years when Europe was in ice age.

World's oldest Swastika is founded in Ukraine
1️⃣ The earliest swastika ever found was uncovered in Mezine, Ukraine, carved on an ivory figurine
2️⃣ Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe. It is bordered by Russia to the east and north-east; Belarus
@@utubetruthteller The earliest known swastika is from - part of "an intricate meander pattern of joined-up swastikas" found on a late paleolithic figurine of a bird, carved from mammoth ivory, found in Mezine, Ukraine. It has been suggested that this swastika may be a stylized picture of a stork in flight.
@@utubetruthteller Tamil: The earliest discovered written examples of Tamil date back to 300 BC. However, based on other evidence, scientists believe that it first appeared around 2500 BC.
Greek: Best known as the language of philosophers and scholars, Greek is still spoken by more than 13 million people. Records reveal that the language dates back to around 1500BC and is recognised as an official language by the European Union.
Chinese: Chinese is the single most spoken language in the world today with around 1.2 billion people wh consider it their first language. The written origins of the language have been traced back to 1250 BC in the late Shang dynasty. Along with Tamil, Chinese is one of the oldest surviving languages in the world.
It is really we had a great n illustrious past as indeed it was yes we should be proud of it.but let us face reality now!
