At 0:38 you show on the app where it shows "accounts perks pricing" I cannot find this on the app. Can you show or describe where I find that on the app? I spend about $40,000 a year there and have never taken advantage of the rewards and now that I want to I cannot see how to do it.

Iv been a pro customer for 5 years now. Doesnt save you a ton of money but saves you some and the perks are nice if you spend money there constantly like i do

Do you have to use your HD Credit Card in order to use your earned perks? By showing your QR Code you don't automatically get to get a snack right? You have to earn it? Sorry I tried to replay but it wasn't clear.

The only thing that I don't like about pro x is that I thought once you unlock perks that you qualify to spend $2500 not $25. I am kind of disappointed.
Probably a stupid question but do you need to be a contractor to join? I am just a normal dude that spends a bunch of money at Home Depot and was wondering if I could get rewards.

Do you mean that you’ve reached 3 spending thresholds and now have 3 pro Xtra dollar rewards waiting to use? If so, I haven’t tried combining them myself. Let us know if it works out for you!

If you are spending a lot of money or house the past few months and I have the pro Exter account I just got it we bought luxury vinyl flooring for 3 bedrooms the Family room the steps and the hallway upstairs and one of our decks we replaced all the wood and we’re about to order the wood for the pool deck because we’re replacing the wood on that deck also because we bought a new pool but I have a question none of this stuff is on my pro account because I just found out about that and I got it afterwards and we’re about to make another purchase all the wood do I have to go into the store to the pro desk to get any kind of discount or can I just use the app and put my account info in there when I order the wood for the deck
And since the other stuff was all but a few months ago not even two months ago can I add that onto my account
You said you can download receipts but didn't show how, I cannot find that on my app and need to provide a couple receipts to people
Go to the ProX tab at the bottom of the app, scroll down and click purchase history. Then click on the items purchased and view in-store receipt.

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for your comment. The Home Depot app is free to use for anyone regardless if you're a pro member or not. However, once you become a member then you can access the Pro Xtra tab within the app to track purchases, orders, and utilize perks. The terms "Pro rewards member" and "Pro Xtra member" refer to the same thing. You do not need to open a credit card to join.
As a home depot customer service rep, i can tell the Home depot credit card is not mandatory, so you can go ahead and join without the card

Thanks for the video, I have used the HD pro-account for the last 1.5-2 years now. I AM TORN!! HD matches Menards 11% BUT they stopped excepting pro-account member rebates as of March. With out a Menards close to me, I am not able to get those amazing offers and am stuck with the lame $25or$50 cash back from HD…. If it weren’t for their online receipt system I would be gone. I am currently looking into a different system, so I can receive the bigger savings by matching the 11%, for my handyman business bc holding onto receipts are a nightmare. Any advice is appreciated.
