Try slow scan tv it'll be way easier to decode

I have made v-pole antenna. Using nooelec product LNA. Using RTL-SDR. Using SDRSharp software. To receive FM radio broadcasts to function properly, it's must use the LNA above. But after several weeks of trying to receive pictures of NOAA15, NOAA18, NOAA19, MetopB, MetopC, never got a good signal at the working frequency of the satellite. The reception location is in the middle of a field, an open area without obstructions (houses, trees). I have adjusted all parameter settings (frequency, bandwidth, etc.). Where do you think my mistake is?

0,9 MSPS. Use orbitron pluggin to correct doppler.

Im not to clever with this program yet but POCSAG/FLEX over bled a lot of the time for some reason....? Also some instructions are telling me to use NFM and some are saying WFM ??????????????

about the bandwidth, if it's lower than 32khz than use nfm if it's higher use wfm

I know, I didn't have time to build one, I made a 137 MHz cross dipole with some aluminium, but best results are with a QFH. And I have several interferences around 135-140 MHz, it's not helping 😀
BTW, do the QFH antenna work with METEOR sats ?

I think that you set too big bandwidth. You should set 38000+. I'm using 40000.
u can see that it's proably capturing static in the background because the bandwidth is too high has to match signal
Do you used a LNA?
And what SDR do you used?
