A MARRIED COUPLE with a 30 year age gap hasn’t let their age difference get in the way of their relationship and has recently welcomed a baby girl. Wesleigh, 24, and Vince, 54, from Little Rock, Arkansas, met each other online and have been together for three years. Vince is divorced and has a son from his previous marriage who is two years older than his new wife - but that didn't stop the couple from starting a romance. Wesleigh said she was always interested in older men and was looking for a protective, older male figure to fill the emotional void left when her father passed away when she was a child. That mother is in some serious emotional pain. Losing her husband, that was traumatic enough. Now she has to witness her daughter enter into relationships, that help cope with her daddy issues. I lost my father fairly young (20s) I felt very lost without my Dad. I am now with someone 24 years my senior. However I am in my 30s and know myself very well. I also studied Psychology to a high level and I know why I am with an older man- I've made my peace with it. I'm not ashamed. Its definitely filled the void and emptiness I felt beforehand. I don't have that anymore. I'm happy - the happiest I've ever been in my life- and I know my father would be happy for me too. You cannot help who you fall in love with- you just simply love them. I wish this couple much happiness. x
