  • In this video, I reveal to you guys the total cost of the Honda Cr125 build. I also go over most of the main parts in detail stating what each of them would cost if you were curious what parts made up the majority of the total price tag. Before I talk about the cost I end up adding a couple new high-performance parts to the bike to take the bike to an even higher level. After I talk about the parts, I then make the announcement that the bike is going up for sale and will be getting sold in the next couple weeks. ( Stay tuned to the end of the video to hear the bike run with the new silencer installed. )

      Same price as a brand new 125 almost, but this is a lot cleaner, cooler, one of a kind factory looking bike. As an 03, it Possibly performs bettter, than say a new SX or YZ125, idk. I hate working on bikes, so this much blood, sweat, and tears building it would never be worth it to me.

    30 grand to build that including labor? Yeah bud, I think you might have overspent by about 26-27k if you ever expect a return from it. and that's if you keep it in the condition it's currently in. Saying that, immense build and a lot of time spent as well as money. It's not always about money, sentiment is worth a lot.

    • @adampaganelli4891
      @adampaganelli4891  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    • @surging3549
      @surging3549 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Badass Skeptic I concur, then the more people who watch, like, subscribe and view also give them money via TH-cam payments. I guess at least some of these people give the bike away at the end to someone who would/could actually rip it - hopefully he does something similar and doesn't try to get 10k out of one of these silly kids saying that's what it's worth in the comments. I'm not at all fussed though, it doesn't effect my life but it's an odd world indeed sir.

    • @adampaganelli4891
      @adampaganelli4891  5 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Yes basically. Though that price has nothing to do with these other vehicles. Think of it as someone restoring a mustang. Someone puts 50,000 into a 67 mustang when they could’ve bought a brand new one for that price. It’s the nostalgia of a two stroke bike you cannot buy anymore that’s why it’s worth spending money on.

    I mean. The bike came out amazing! But I build KTM bikes for a living. And I'd get a new 125 SX for 5500 including taxes. So that's a no brainer.

    some cant see that getting a 250cc dirt bike for $700 ends up costing $5'500 to get running good and $18'000 to fix up for a show. some people get snappy and say things as if they could do the work themselves, so they don't want to pay for time... ''thinking verses doing'' they think of doing it but they think to much, that leads to thinking that they can or have done it... then you get guys that show up to the work site... they say they know what they are doing, but just like the bachelor sweet they rent... everything sits in a pile of other rusting metal for 20 or more years before they finely do anything with it.
