I think Joakim knew about NoS for years and they planned doing something with him. When they asked him to take part he said yes. I think Joakim is a very funny, relaxed and fun guy. :D BTW NoS played at the Sabaton Open Air in Falun last summer. :D
I asked them today. They just asked him, he told them he wanted to hear it first and then said yes, let’s try and sort this out with Sabaton being on another content.
@@114Riggs what other continent were Sabaton on? :D Just interested. I thought they had done stuff when they played at last years Sabaton open air in Sweden. But hey, this sounds much cooler. :D
They are an Italian Parody’s band, but they now have reached another level because they are playing with the other metal bands at the same level. They are actually great musicians and great singers too, if I may suggest you you can start from Stairway to Valhalla (plus Valhalleluia, Norwegian Reggaeton and Armpits of immortals that are not in any album for now), than if you enjoyed it, you can shift to their last album Dislike to false Metal and conclude this marvellous trip with Italian Folk Metal. You will not be disappointed.
Slight correction: there is now a 2-disc reissue of "Stairway to Valhalla" which has _Valhalleluja_ and _Norwegian_ _Reggaeton_ on it, though still not _Armpits._ I know because I bought it at the gig last night!
Nanowars have been playing for 20 years. I am happy that these last few years have been full of success and excellent tours all over Europe. Dislike to false Metal is a splendid album, ten songs and completely different styles, quotes from comics, literature via video games and films. An album I believe to be the band's sixth that is easy to listen to for an international audience. I love Italian folk Metal, but it is an album for Italians (or almost). However they are a band that makes music seriously, because to be so complex you have to study deeply, afterwards you can also pretend to be a parody, but they are a serious parody and true artists. Recently the bass player said in an interview 'But really there are bands or fans who take their lyrics seriously from an intellectual point of view, and I don't understand how it is possible to take a lyric about, for example, dragons seriously'.
Amusingly, I have seen both Sabaton and NanowaR of Steel live in the last 10 days (NoS was yesterday evening)! Both were excellent, but in very different ways. Sabaton had about 100x as many people in the audience, but Pär was telling of the previous time they were in Leeds, in 2007, when they only sold 68 tickets and made
Recommended by the same band: Call of Chtulhu (mimicking Rammstein) Nirwegian Reggaeton Tooth Fairy Sober (mimicking Alestorm) And then ibrealized she was a gargoyle Just to name a few
He's just a feature, like rap songs do all the time. But it is because this is a style parody of Sabaton. Norwegian Reggaeton has to be heard to be believed.

as Italians, we take it so lightly that thirty years later it is still considered a tragedy.
This is the most serious song Nanowar of Steel ever made! ;)
😂😂😂😂 definitely!

Yes it’s Castel Sant’Angelo (where the Last stand happened)

@@elvwood thank you, didn’t know that, it’s not on Spotify nor on iTunes, so I believe it’s really a new thing.

29 years ago and still hurts, "il divin codino" missed the last penalty and Brazil wins. What a tragedy.

It is the Humor:)
It's a parody of how seriously Europeans take football in the style of primo victoria
"Castel St. Angelo displays the jumbo screen" LOL
Made me think of the Sabaton song - The Last Stand
about The Sack of Rome in 1527
