It always impresses me when a culture truly eats the entire animal. I wish I had been raised to eat organ meat, frog legs, and duck's tongue, etc.. If you are going to eat the animal then leave nothing to waste.

I was born and grew up in rural Texas. I was raised by my farmwife grandmother. I remember her eating pig brains and scramble eggs for breakfast. This doesn't surprise me at all.
I've been there before! Their service is really good! they gave my sister tons of snacks for free! but they didn't do the 'noodle dance' when I ordered some instead there's a robot roaming around the restaurant giving people the food they ordered 😂😭

I ate cow heart once, it was surprisingly good! I was surprised to see bull aorta here, it looked nothing like what I ate haha. The most exotic thing I’ve ever eaten was guinea pig in Peru, where it’s a common dish. It was gross haha, but like the duck tongue or the liver you either love it or hate it!
Cow's hearts are also really common in Peru! Actually, it's one of the most loved snacks and they are called anticuchos :D And yeah, a lot of people see guinea pigs like pets but, they very much came from here and are used as food cuz they are highly nutritive and taste amazing lol (they are super expensive tho).
um actually if you are Chinese, you will know that these kind of foods are always cooked and eaten and they are pretty delicious too, I don’t get why you guys are so shocked. 😂😂 I guess it’s the cultural difference though. I love to eat goat's brain aswell. In my country, the brain served in soup. The texture is really soft and has an umami flavor in it 😋 sometimes we also fried cow's brain which has been dipped in beaten egg.

Happened to me once when I went out to Niagara Falls with family friends, and when the gas-lit stove ran outta gas, we didn’t have anything to cook our meat. We ate out at a restaurant tho, so I guess it wasn’t that bad.
