But anyway I find it out that a non predatory species chases what runs. I expect that from a dog not a horse
@@chriro0960 it could also be a maturity thing because on the other field next to it there are some huge stallions that are always calm and even seek affection!
Earth and animals is just amazing. Nature amazes me everytime.
Just like that?
He lost over a missed kick?
come on boy try kicking again 😬
It’s probably an experience thing. The white horse knew the black one has been in some fights 😤 he was smart to back down before he got knocked tf out
Think of it as missed hook punches. When do finishing punches too often and miss a lot you’ll get more tired faster. Maybe this is similar to the stallions kicks..
He exerted so much energy by that point. He needed to land the kick.
I had a fight where the guy was winning but he ran out of gas. Everybody said I was wrong for beating him up once he got tired.
@@jsplivjspliv5247 Depends. If he started it, you just taught him that "you shouldn't start shit that you can't finish" is more than a mere saying.
absolutely beautiful creatures!
They look better than the majority of girls I know.
@Blass What? How exactly?
@Blass How could their hooves destroy vegetation? I feel like they're not inherently bad for the ecosystem. Also, can't almost anything cause erosion and compete with others?
@@SM-zl4zd That's what I call a BRUH moment! :(
@Blass But can't the dirt become less compact over time? Also, considering how long horses have existed, they can't be too bad for the ecosystem, right? I hope my comment makes sense.
Gotta love the constant changing, slow motion shots. I mean what better way to view something incredible than by cutting it up a thousand different ways and then slowing all those moments down. Just what I do when listening to music.
The Black Stallion " floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee "
He was trying to pull a Tyson with those bites lol

I mean this was way more entertaining than any boxing mach thats for sure
I never thought how weird it would be to see wild horses living their own lives. I can even imagine a wild dog, but a wild horse is different.
Look how fat and vibrantly healthy these beasts are without all our veterans advice 🕺🏼
theres no such thing as a wild dog. the only true wild dogs are all the way in Africa.
@@donkeykong2.0 well we have wolves and other wild canines
@@aIkaIi wolves arent the same as wild dogs lol. and yes, they just said the other "wild canine" are african wild dogs, which arent actually dogs.
@@iimdone ik they're not dogs, but they're all...balls of fluff on four legs and tongues, you get the picture. They all look similar. Unless you're talking giraffes, or a zebra, a wild horse is hard to imagine.
I wonder how heavily the editing dictates the narrative as opposed to how things unfolded in real time
In real time the fight would have been longer, with breaks in between. Could go up to an hour. It varies wildly. Some fights are a few minutes, others can carry on for hours. Once one stallion is tired or injured, he will back off resulting in the other stallion "winning". Sometimes they both back off.
@@shugar8204 Look at 2:12 for example and look at the scars. Here it is the right side of his body.
2:17 same side of the body but the scars aren't there.
2:19 now the left side of his body has the scars that were on the right side at 2:12
Now this is easy to do, you just mirror the footage.
Assuming they flipped the image at 2:12, it makes it seem like the white horse also charged towards the black horse for battle, but he wasn't. They can do many more such edits which can totally alter reality by splicing footage the right way. At the end, it isn't even clear from the footage alone, who won. Which is why I was wondering about the lengths they'd go to suit their desired narrative.
It depends if the stallions corner man decides to throw in the towel or not but it can go on up to 12 rounds if nohorse is koed.
@@aarond7288 With that kind of horsepower behind those kicks, I feel 12 rounds is too much
That’s in life in general
‘The story of a stallion who thought he was a lion.’ The dark one biting instead of kicking is hilarious!! 😂😂😂
Really mesmerizing, black and white stallion in a combat
Sir David Attenborough best :)
When is he not
Just like that! Damn horses have it hard!
God that was brilliant ! Right so now I want an entire David Attenborough-narrated documentary on wild horses
I am extremely humbled by this channel. Im glad I am able to see this. Thank you for everything.
When the BBC camera crew saw this White stallion guarding the water hole and Black stallion showing up....."Guys, this is going to be EPIC!!!" "We put some Middle Earth music to the background!"
In the thumbnail, I thought the black horse looked like a demon skeleton going after the white horse, but it was just the black horse's nose.
Interesting catch!
Same actually-
Pretty sure the white horse thought so too cuz its eye is saying 'oh fuq i'm gonna die'
@Dom Has Silksong been given a release date yet?
@@nathangreene3 Nope. Sadly, there's been no news lately. I can't wait to play that game.

there were millions of wild buffalo but the govt killed them to starve the natives to death
@Wilson "Buffalo hunting, i.e. hunting of the American bison, was an activity fundamental to the Indigenous peoples of the Great Plains. This activity was later adopted by American professional hunters, as well as by the U.S. government, in an effort to sabotage the central resource of some American Indian Nations during the later portions of the American Indian Wars, leading to the near-extinction of the species around 1890."

The horse that gets intimidated probably. The white one seemed scared to keep kicking as his enemy didn't flinch at all

Same but for me it was because of the flicka movies
No such thing as a white horse. The stallion in the video is a dapple grey. A true "white horse" is called a cremello, it has pink skin and typically blue eyes. If a horse has black skin and white fur its called a grey.

As an Aussie having grown up with ‘The Silver Brumby’ series, getting to witness stallion fights is incredible.. esp seeing them actually go for the withers (join of neck and back), and considering the Black was likely fully thirsty prior to this fighting.yeah, he did so well for his fam, great job 👏

Horses are so powerful and beautiful its crazy what they can do...
And to think they allow us to borrow their strength, their grace, and their bravery for a little while, to partner with them. They can be fierce in defending territory, resources, mates, and offspring, and yet be gentle enough to carry around a disabled child in hippotherapy. They truly are a dichotomy.
