I was wondering why the headphone part of my daughter’s headset was not working. Even the windows recognized the headset automatically , Zoom didn’t which I find very odd.

I'm glad it helped! I've found that most of the time, my Zoom does recognize the headphones, but sometimes it doesn't. I have noticed that if you attach headphones AFTER you sign into Zoom, it is more likely not to recognize them. So I tell students to have their headphones plugged in before they sign on.

I would encourage you to please review the video to see how you can make sure that Zoom has selected your headset for audio and speaker for sound. Also, make sure your headset is plugged in before you start or join a Zoom session. If both of these do not work, it's possible that your headset isn't working, is not fully plugged in, or has a loose wire.

My voice is only heard in zoom call when i almost put the mic in my mouth if it's even slightly down voice doesn't go. I changed my earphones but still the issue persists whereas same earphone is working perfectly in my phone. Can someone tell me the reason? My laptop is not even 6 months old

I tried this trick but boat rockers 255 pro + wireless earphones not hearing any sound even afther test before joing meet.woud u tell if there is any other alternate to fix this one,

There usually needs to be some troubleshooting steps to figure out why a headphone set won't work. I would visit the Zoom community page and do a search on wireless headphones not working to see what some of the possible causes might be. community.zoom.com/
