When blending, you can add a bit of water to get more pandan juice, more homogenized extraction, then after you will temper, during the temper phase your panda juice will evaporate the excess water Liao.
Lmao I worked partime in a kopi shop during the school holidays and eatbook's kaya toast is pretty accurate but kopi doesn't have sugar in it! Also it has evaporated milk along with the condensed milk to add creaminess without adding more sugar
Would suggest adding 1tsp first, and see if the colour is where you want it to be. You can always add more if you want a greener colour/ stronger pandan taste.
