Thanks for sharing this recipe guys, I tried this in my instant pot today and turned out well, bf gave it a 7/10. In hindsight I would probably do the egg separately, mine kinda steamed instead of fried.

When I first saw how pad Thai was cooked here, I was shocked by the amount of oil they used to make it. I thought it was excessive, but if you don't have non-stick pan or a very hot stove, you would need oil to help fry the rice noodles because it's sticky and give it that fried texture. Ideally a wok and a hot stove would do the trick, even with less oil.

the amount of effort needed to cook this seems like it would be better to cook it on the pan at least it will be faster with a better taste due to the high heat. especially since rice cooker recipes are suppose to be easy with minimal effort but overall great recipe!
