Queen Maud of Norway's funeral 1938

Queen Maud of Norway was the wife of King Haakon VII. Born as the youngest daughter of King Edward VII of the United Kingdom. She died in 1938, in Londron, from complications after a cancer surgery. Her coffin was brought back to Norway on board HMS Royal Oak of the British Royal Navy. The funeral was held in Oslo, and Queen Maud's body rests the royal mausoleum at Akershus Castle.
