Yes you can, but I prefer to you study until graduation of vocational school. You will learn to speak finnish and that’s open many doors for you. Also if you’re lucky enough vocational training could last 1-1,5 years. It depends your previous studies and work experience. After that, you have the possibility to study in Finnish at the university and have options in Finnish and English.

In Finland, students have to take responsibility for their studies and finding things and topics is part of studying.

North Karelia is part of Lake Finland, so there are also many lakes there. The area is a declining area and people are moving away. Only in Joensuu is there enough suction. This phenomenon is everywhere in Finland and the population is aging and the birth rate is falling. Soon we will need a lot of immigrants for various jobs.

I have been trying to apply but it's giving me problem. They are demanding for social number and i added my NIN but they are rejecting it.
Social security number only if you live in Finland. They asked finnish social number otherwise birthday and X… like they ask it.
