In a flooded part of the main road like that the fire department and/or police should have been on the spot helping to either stop or direct traffic or temporarily close the road. Why can't Jamaica government forces be proactive? Shameful! God bless you Oshane!
How many lives must be lost before the authorities stop waiting until flood to clean the drains. It's sad to know that people are still losing their lives when all it takes is action by politicians to clean drains. The money is there. If a politician die tomorrow you find it to run election to contest the seat. Jamaican politicians, good for nothing.
