The whole education ministry want a change up especially region 2. Pure issues when you work and to get your money. I started working September 2020 submitted my degree in February 2021 and all now I can't be paid my retroactive salary. This seems to be the case for some of my colleagues also especially in region 2. This has been a common trend for years. A colleague told me that was her experience when she finally got it, it was so heavily taxed. Smh this country is sickening the level of unfairness dealt to us as teachers.
The whole country should strike. And workers should joined together and resigned their jobs so the government will do better. Whenever they threaten staff with vaccination and pay every body should united and down tools
Please stop giving the young people contract work give them long term work to help them they are the future if the creator of the Heaven and earth tarry
Who are the technical I would like to know that problem a long time probably each time it happened you see the same set of people each and every time standing right there talking nonsense
The way the government addressing their plans, as if they care about the country. Hospitals, need to fixed. polices and nurses,teachers not getting proper paid. The country can't run like that, the poor is crying and also the young people them, wha next.
They needs teachers abroad .they will treat you with dignity .those government. Ministers are foolish ,the power struggle is over long time now , so teach your workers well
But the government should be able to provide these things for the staff. If the staff is comfortable then they will work harder. Please don’t tell me that all you well paid government staff can’t donate a microwave or a chair to make staff comfortable. Always looking for others to do things when you have the ability and availability
This is such a blow to education. This should not be seen. It's time for the people to join hand and heart together and get the pay the need. They are users, not helpers. They allow the education team to feel demean. Such ashame.
