Tom, you are freaking insane, I aspire to be as flexible as you. I have been following your stretching routines for about 3 ish months now and I have never felt so limber. It is amazing so thank you for posting such great content!! :)
I’ve never been flexible, so this year I am doing flexibility/mobility training every day. Most days, I just do one of your videos. It’s a little silly how excited I was to see a new version of this out! Thank you!
I have seen a whole bunch of your mobility/stretching videos in the last year and put together 2 routines myself- mostly all made up of stretches I saw in your videos. I have to say a HUGE THANK YOU! it has been one of the best things i have incorporated into my life this lockdown over the last year or so. Now doing those routines in the morning is something that centres me and i look forward to first thing in the morning! THANK YOU again, keep up the great work!
Hey Tom! I've been a consistent follower since the beginning of the pandemic, and watched several follow-along videos per week. It's been incredible watching my flexibility grow. Cheers to your channel!
Tom, you are one of several of my online mentors in the flexibility and calisthenics realm. Thank you for your work. It's been a huge blessing and encouragement to me. I needed those wrist fists ✊
Loved this! Feeling all stretched out and strong now. Would be keen to see further routines aimed at backbends/back flexibility and mobility. It's always a challenge working on those ranges of motion.
Man, that twist in pigeon is especially incredible... I'm fairly mobile but have always struggled with getting my hips centered in pigeons. After doing it with twisting just once I can already get the hip of my back leg flat on the ground and it feels fantastic. Thanks Tom!
Your videos really carry me through so much in my dance career. I watch and follow along especially close to performance time or when I am need of a physical release! ITS TOO GOOD!
This one really has a bit of everything! Looks like one of your best ones to 'cover all the bases in one go'. I start a new job tomorrow and was just thinking what milder session I'll do tonight, this seems perfect. In a few weeks I'll need that 'Flexibility for Postmen (FOLLOW ALONG)' ;) cheers mate been loving the content lately
Great routine, I’ve recently moved house and been busy so haven’t done any stretching or callisthenics for three months. This was a rude awakening… use it or lose it!!
Thanks a lot for this amazing video….I’m feeling great afterwards, I’m grateful to found you and I’m doing your videos on a regular basis. Thanks a lot for sharing all your content. May u be happy and peaceful 🙏🧘♀🙌👏🤍
Wow. Have had left knee, hamstring and achilles pain for a while now. When I stretched that left hip flexor, it was almost euphoric in my leg. I don't think that is a coincidence. Thank you.
I was thinking okay sick, major muscles etc. All in one video! Nope, we going to start the the hands and wrist I was like okay I gotta sit back and relax for this one! Amazing job Tom thank you!
Loved this one, Tom! I’ve been following your channel for two years now, and I’m just so grateful for the flexibility I’ve won thanks to your videos! Keep it up with the great work 🔥💪🏽
I’ve done your 15 min beginners flexibility about 100 times and this is definitely a bit more challenging but great for progression! Thanks again Tom:)
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
Hey tom, in my opinion, you should make some videos going through every muscle and its flexibility training and benefits. I find it kind of hard to follow these routines because im better suited for some movements than others. Theres a lot of beginners that cant even touch toes and want to improve on some que especific stretches. Making videos about every muscle and how it makes us flex in daily postures and giving a variety of exercises to improve would be great. Thanks for the great content still👍
i'm doing the 30 day challenge for flexibility and mobility using your videos. Master's runner here whose lack of flexibility alolows for too many injuries. Hoping this will help. any runner specific video would be awesome!
I think the movements are Intended to prep the muscles for a deeper stretch. If you activate them doing the hip movements, you can do a wider split without over stretching
I can't believe that I'm at an intermediate level of stretching (other than the side splits, that is agony!) Tom, although many times I have cursed you to myself with phrases like "fucking hell Tom" or "Tom mate, this is ridiculous", you have taken me from someone who was unable to touch his toes to being often the most flexible person in the room and I feel so much better for it - thanks mate.
Is this version an alternative to previous ones or just a refreshment with new exercises? In the previous videos you had different parts such as the neck stretched as well
Mobility is active and is your joints' ability to move through their full range of motion without assistance while flexibility is passive and your muscles ability to lengthen. The former is often improved with dynamic stretches while the latter relies a lot on passive ones, but both aid and support each other, so one shouldn't be neglected in favor of the other.
Should I do this mobility routine or flexibility? can somebody please explain me? I do mostly weight training and I have been doing for more than 10 years. I was looking for something to increase my ranges of motions, decrease injuries and counteract being sitting all day. Thank you!

Your follow along routines have helped me in times I am struggling. Thanks, Tom!

I would love another full-body mobility routine Tom!

Excellent routine 🤩🤩! Thanks so much from Germany 🇩🇪!💙💚💙

I was saying the same thing. Like maybe a bridge routine or something rather.
Tom Merrick is now my Yoga guru too!

I am doing this every week, good stretches. The part when you say pidgeon position makes it funnier 10/10
I’ve done your 15 min beginners flexibility about 100 times and this is definitely a bit more challenging but great for progression! Thanks again Tom:)

Really felt this one! Liked the elastic band stretch and felt a bit closer to doing the pigeon pose the right way. 💪🏼

hey, could I ask what books are good to learn all those stretching positions that you use in your videos and programs?
i'm doing the 30 day challenge for flexibility and mobility using your videos. Master's runner here whose lack of flexibility alolows for too many injuries. Hoping this will help. any runner specific video would be awesome!

Is there another version with some more shoulder / back work? I’m looking for a daily full body mobility routine ~30mins
Very nice one
Thank you, Tom!
Very informative, Coach
I enjoyed that one
Where can I buy a pair of those shorts for my husband? Great video
would love to have the pdf Tom :)
This was great. I don’t quite get what we’re doing with the hips in the pancake maneuver. Can you explain more?
Same! I could move my hips back, but I didn't feel like I really was pushing my hips forward the right way.
You push your hips back first, kinda like doing a hip hinge and then you push your hips forward like you’re doing a hip thrust.
I think the movements are
Intended to prep the muscles for a deeper stretch. If you activate them doing the hip movements, you can do a wider split without over stretching

This is awesome you are the best ✅ how often is it recommended to do it ?

Love it!
Love your life way , wanna start to do it 😊
Insane insane
That was excellent. I love your flexibility routines. Thank you!!
Love, love your 60 mins. full body active flexibility. But this is an awesome one when I feel lazy. 😂 Thank you soooo much.
Is this version an alternative to previous ones or just a refreshment with new exercises?
In the previous videos you had different parts such as the neck stretched as well
That pose at the end though 😳
Bro that was a pretty intense one, my inner quads are sooo tight
Whats the difference between Mobility and Flexibility? Thanks for your great Videos!!
A little late but I loved it non the less

Yikes. This one was brutal. Great videos!
