The Chargers would be a good one for this format. Kaeding missing several playoff game winners, Marlon McCree’s fumble, firing Schottenheimer after a 14-2 season, Rivers playing on a torn ACL, #1 offence and defence missing playoffs, multiple 5-11 and 4-12 seasons, Spanos moving the team to LA, regular season choke job after choke job, getting slaughtered by the Pats in the divisional round, going 5-11 the year after and the team falling apart, drafting Herbert, The Timeout, 27-0, etc. Lotta material there.

As a giants fan, the last 10 years have been rough. Though, seeing the Packers last decade laid out like this, I have to say, it's pretty brutal. Just enough success to give you hope, which is subsequently crushed without mercy.

People attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence on the part of players, coaches, refs, and the League as a whole.
The way I think the NFL is rigged (assuming it is) is *because* they allow the incompetence of refs to influence games.
