  • It's been YEARS since I first made a video in downtown Rutland (literally 2016!).
Some things have endured, and so much has changed... here's a rapid fire look at all the great food and drink on Center Street! 🎊
    Hop'n Moose
    Speakeasy Cafe
    TASO On Center
    Center Street Alley
    Hand Carved by Ernie
    The Mad Rose
    Giuseppe's Italian Market
    Taco Fresco VT
    ...and more!
    [Special thanks to Iris P.!]

Pay close attention. The footage of Center Street crowded with people shows an extreme rarity. It is from "Friday Night Live" events that happen a few times a summer. Look at the other footage. It's a beautiful day, but the street is a ghost town.

Don't. We don't want or need any more rich, "progressive" out of staters buying up our property, making rent and mortgages unaffordable for real Vermonters, and pushing legislation that is turning our once great state into San Francisco.

Yeah there is no need to go there ! Vermont in general isn't really a "food destination " unless your a fall leaf peeper or maybe a skier there probably isn't really any reason to go to Vermont at all .
