I love this but let's also factor in eating (assuming we get groceries delivered, meal plan, and have a short skincare routine).

Thanks for watching! Yes, those are some of the other things you would want to determine based on your specific life/situation. With the example it’s illustrative to share that there is time for what’s needed and how to get the most out of your day 🙂

5 hours of sleep is definitely NOT ideal. I think 8 hours is ideal and sometimes we are in a pickle where we need to stay up then we get only 5 hours occasionally.

Thank you for watching! We all vary in the amount of sleep we need.. for example if I sleep for 8 hours I wake up tired and groggy, but if I sleep for about 5 or 6 I wake up feeling refreshed. The video doesn’t say to only get 5 hours of sleep though.. it’s illustrative to show how to ensure that you give yourself limits on your high performance days vs non high performance days. We start by determining the least about of sleep someone can get on an individual basis though to ensure that we always prioritize getting a good amount of rest, so if your minimum is 8 and ideal is 10 you would use those numbers to plan your high performance days. Hope this helps 🙂
