I like this video, the frequent change of perspective makes it more dynamic. Thank you for the ideas and tips 🙏At the moment, I wonder how I can manage my catch-up-tasks while at the same time doing all daily/ weekly/ monthly routines and make progress in my projects. I’m sure it all depends on how fit I am so I should improve my health…. Have a great weekend 👋
I love the idea of intentionally having each of these things in my planning system for 2025! Thank you for sharing this video early enough so we can get our Planning Systems together before the new year begins.
Yes girl!!! 😍 Your Life Builder Planner has me SO consistent these days!!! I even turned my friend and work mate on to it. LOL The way she almost fell out of her chair when I showed her everything that was in it!! ❤❤❤❤
It helps with seeing things in perspective. Example: I will not plan an evening outing with friends on a day, when I need to go to bed early because of something important the next day. Or you can group tasks based on where you will be. I have a dentist appointment on Thursday, that I need to go to a near by city for. Since I am there, I can do other arrands that are in the same area. Depending on your life and preferences, you may be all right with a monthly planning, instead of daily or weekly, if your schedule is not that busy.
@@nikoletahanakova8573 I have a simple weekly overview of my appointments/important deadlines. I don't do my timeblocking on a weekly level though, I do it on a daily level. Following your example of the dentist appointment, if I saw that in my appointment overview I would go to my Thursday page and put the task there.
I think it’s more just viewing a week at a glance. Sometimes it’s daunting to block out time, say, five days from now. But getting a view, so you have the whole week in mind clearly, can be really helpful.

These are great tips! I’m going back to one planner this year. The goal planning and task management will be my top priority for my system for 2025
I love a good 90 day planner/goal system!! These are also good items to include in your planner 🎉🎉🎉

By far the most useful information on planning I've ever seen. Thank you for that 👍 am going to implement this for the rest of 2034 as well 💪
Great info! I’ll be using at least 7 of the ideas!
Yes! So glad you will be able to implement most of these! Thank you for watching! ❤️
How can I get my planner to look like that with the gold rings?
Planning for Q1 goals now via Asana that allows tasks due dates to accomplish the goals. I use my apple notes for everything else.
This is so helpful!❤❤❤
I’m so glad you found it to be helpful! I really enjoyed putting this video together for all of you ☺️ Thank you for watching!! ❤️
Why is it important to be able to timeblock the entire week in one view?
