Check all aspects of your CV and make sure everything is on point. What's your background if u don't mind me asking? Are you a health care assistant, nurse, enrolled nurse?

It's not compulsory, but u can still do it. It might give u more knowledge on their modules and it will also be helpful in interview as well, just in case they ask any questions

It's not easy either way. Applying for Healthcare Assistant or Midwifery jobs both require effort so I think that's a professional decision an individual has to take. If you're a midwife and u know the UK NMC IELTS requirements, I'll advise that you aim high
