I was a little frustrated by Madam speakers generalizations😢😢 i found that to be unfair. I know so many people who are known in their own right and those who are not, who made bad decisions at 22.... Some of those choices are career related, business and relationships.... I still don't understand how madam speaker kept saying WE WERE ALL 22 AND NOT IRRESPONSIBLE. This man was solid in that stand and i give it to him. U wanted to generalize ma'am and it was unfair

  • @busindlela

    1. Madam speaker should've asked for consent to request for the edited parts where he took accountability, if those are given to her I feel that bishop deserves an apology (I'm not taking sides)
    2. I respect the calmness bishop is handling this conversation.
    3. Also we need to take into consideration that, we come from different backgrounds where financial knowledge isn't afforded to us hence we have alot of black kids on "i blew it"
    4. Age is a factor, and all of us know that our reasoning changes along the way and we make mistakes that stick with us for a long time. That's what I'm hearing bishop saying(I stand to be corrected)
NB : THIS IS JUST MY OBSERVATION, IM NOT TAKING SIDES & IM NOT JUSTIFYING HIS DOINGS

Overall, age is a factor even for the girls who were throwing themselves at him so it is wrong that they should take the blame for destroying his marriage when they knew mamfundisi was there. 20 years later ,There’s no accountability there just shifting blame.

Wa tseba my husband and I had a conversation ka Bishop Moloi that he can blame Christians all he likes but until he accounts for his actions the devil will always have something to use against him, being defensive and intimidating won't help him especially because his being entrusted to teach bana ba Modimo. He needs to account so the devil won't have anything to use against him.

    1. Much of the debate was on semantics.. Absolutely interesting how both parties see things and their choice of words.
    2. When we are subjective (Sometimes without even realising it) and our focus is on proving our point, we will miss the opportunity to see things from a different angle.

Many Christians marry to avoid sexual sin, not because they are ready for the institution. They marry because of peer pressure, many because of fleshy desires - like beauty, handsome, money etc.

But the bishop could have taken this opportunity afforded to account on this platform according to the biblical standards, not natural human standards. Jesus was once 22 ,as Christian strive to be Jesus like. All this thing of saying you didn't play is an excuse.

I’m 22mins in and enjoying this interview, I don’t know how the “conflict” started but I understand both parties…he is correct about the content stuff…and you are regarding accountability

People must get it that self control is possible by the grace of God and it is possible. Preachers or rather Ministers of the word must practice purity at all times.

My first time here. I am impressed. Very beautiful interview. You are a good interviewer who does not allow emotions get in the way. Well done.

@madams___speaker you were exposing your bias in this interview. You had your questions and answers but never wanted to listen to him. A blanket approach doesn't work for everyone.

Big up to you madam speaker..you are truly in control of your emotions...but now the Pastor is taking time for him to get into the real issue he is here for😢
But as speaker, I am learning so much into how to be in control of reactions and also considering audience' s point of view😢❤

I don't think I could have handled this well but I respect you madam for staying calm, I could hear the pastor side he is human and allowed to make mistakes but when you in a position of leadership more is expected from you❤
