Hades' gameplay was so repetitive for me so I gave up, but I was so involved with the story that I started researching and thank God I found this video.
@goldenboy339 I felt the grind at around run number 66 when I completed the epilogue ending. It was a real struggle getting the remaining dialogues for the max hearts, especially Patroclus and Achilles.
In some lines, yes, he has a softer tone, depending on the dialogue. The voice actor is really very skilled, because you can hear the feelings through his voice. When he appears, his voice is a bit rougher, as he's Death, but then during some dialogues that are calmer, he's chill and even soft.
@xmjou It's ok. This was something I wanted to do, and my wife tells me book authors are using these videos as reference for story telling. So now I have a bigger purpose in making videos such as these in-game dialogues. :)
@@tazziegaming2712 In Disney's Hercules, there's a song "I can go the distance." I doubt it's directly referencing that intentionally, but I assume that's what they're alluding to.
Thanatos is the lover of Macaria, the Goddess of Blessed Death, she is first older sister of Zagreus, and daughter of Hades and Persephone. Thanatos once met Macaria, he was in love with her, and she was also in love with him. So Thanatos and Macaria swore that even if they could not be together they would be close to each other. Both proclaimed on the River Styx: "Then dig two graves, if I die I promise I will wake up by your side."

@@theblaze5530 It takes a while, but it does need to be max hearts for Megaera and Thanatos. Then you GoTo/Comfort them during the bedroom scenes, not sure if this was required but that was what I did.
