Recipes in this video:
Overnight Oats (serves 2):
• 1 Cup of Oats
• 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Cup of Soya Milk
• 3/4 Cup of Water
• 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Toppings:
• Raspberries
• Peanut Butter
• Chopped Nuts
• Maple Syrup
Sandwich inspired by rainbow plant life vegan ricotta (rainbowplantlife.com/vegan-ca...)
For our tofu ricotta (serves 2):
• 1/2 a 280g block of firm tofu
• 1/2 tsp garlic granules
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp plant milk (we used soy)
• big pinch of salt and pepper to taste
For the rest of the Sandwich:
• Bread
• Tomato
• Wild Garlic Pesto (or our regular pesto recipes lovelyjubley.com/kale-walnut-...)

Groceries are sooo much cheaper in Europe than the U.S.
I just got back fro Germany and was so amazed how reasonable my food was! Kinda weird 🧐
