- The Maian SOS level has 4 hidden guards whom spawn the moment you trigger the alarm later on in the level. Oddly enough, these men are spawned the moment you enter the level, but are unnoticeable. When you blow them up using explosives (e.g. Proximity Dragon), they pop out of the blue just to get killed. During a normal run this trick can be useful as no guards will appear the moment you trigger the alarm so you don't suffer any surprise attacks.
Secondly, the video shows the Psychosis gun reload, because I heard people have never seen the actual animation. It's not much of animation, but it is different to the Tranquilizer which just pops out the old cartridge. - บันเทิง
Damn, how could I have missed this Easter Egg for so long? I knew about the first guard in blue, but never realized there were four of these guys hidden throughout the level.
@CrackHeadForLife420 actually, if I'm not mistaken, it says the character in the mission is indeed Elvis in the "Background" section of the mission briefing. Also, this isn't technically the only Maian mission, in WAR! You play as a maian once again, however, in that mission we can be fairly sure that the character is not Elvis, due to the blue helmet, and the fact that during the ending cutscene we see him leaving with Joanna.
Mr. Zuqkeo, I'm not sure if it's an error in the title, or maybe you're just not familiar with the character/uniform names in Perfect Dark, of which I don't blame of you, not many people are. But the hidden characters you're finding are not called "Overalls" the overalls uniform is brown, the character uniform you're finding is called "Pilot".

I'm seven years behind, but I'll go ahead and say it anyways: You unlock *Maian SOS* by completing all of Joanna's missions on *Special Agent* difficulty. As a side note: *WAR!* is another unlockable mission available after completing the game on *Perfect Agent.* Before both of those, *Mr. Blonde's Revenge* is unlocked by completing the game on *Agent.*
Final note: The bonus level *Duel* is unlocked by earning a bronze trophy for all weapons within the game's firing range, which can be accessed by casually strolling around Carrington Institute outside of missions and combat simulator activities. May need to find all the weapons throughout the missions to unlock each weapon though.
