Just an observation, friend but at a quick glance, your windows look like they’re the kind that can be opened not only up/down but also inwards/towards you, each pane, so you could also clean the outside from the inside. If that makes sense... thanks for the review! Quite helpful!
Measuring the glass thikness is the most impotant step to choose the right gadget. This effects its efficiency. The gadget is available in different sizes. I bought the 8 to 15 mm. It's efficiency was 75%. I had to be very careful when using it. Since I have double glass, I replaced the first one with another one made for glass thikness 15 to 30 mm. It's double the first one's price. Also you have to spray the window outside and inside with a good amount of spray to work smoothly.
Is there any downside to getting one that's stronger than you need? I have double glass too and I'm wondering if I should be counting the space between the glass as part of the thickness? I've seen some reviews talking about breaking their windows and I'm worried about that bc I'm in a rented apartment, lol.
You can take the bottom sliding window off/out and clean as necessary and then put it back on with ease 😉👍 but you have a good demeanor and lots or patience . Keep that ish’ up!
Andy how can you do the top window? I had to open the window on the bottom to place the outside part with rope. But now the inside window is in front of the top window. Your video impressed me so much BUT it doesn't work as my top part is stationery.
I got no clue what to tell you to do. The window cleaner worked for me on my windows. I thought it was cool so I made the video. I'm sure there is a way but myseld not being there I couldn't say. Good luck!
I used one of these for the first time today, it did an excellent job BUT wow - my finger got slammed between the magnets and a) it really hurt and b) I really struggled to get it out!! Not a pleasant experience at all so please everyone, Andy is right - be really careful!! - it takes a split second to get the magnets too close and it's easy to forget how powerful they are!
I love how these things have been used in aquariums for ages, but were not suitable for normal house windows due to the thickness. Neodymium magnets are amazing now that they are so cheap.

Hi, we are living in an apartment (2nd floor) and the windows are dirty outside. The bottom windows slide up and down, but the top is fixed. These are old windows, but I don't know how to clean them. I don't see how would this magnetic thing work with fixed windows. 🤔 Any suggestion?
Probably not even if you got the one for double flexing there 4 separate models . different thicknesses in this type but ive seen REVIEWS not the best . The straight one is better but even then the magnets cannot attached through double glazing
Ha! good eye! I removed them and washed the dirt off in my shower. Which could of been another video let me tell you. I put them back on after I filmed the video.
The windows you have in the video fold down to allow you to clean them this was not necessary. but thanks for the video cause I have 80 year old windows that do not fold down in my new place

You must look for a model that gives you a choice for the thickness of your windows. The one that I received does not work for my double pane windows.

They are extremely strong magnets. I don't know maybe slide them in different directions.
I tried so hard to slide them without success, finally my son succeeded but I’m now afraid to “break” my window if they are so strong 🥺😔

I used one of these today for double glazed windows. It worked very well. I think you have to work out glass thickness before ordering though.
