I think it didn’t stick due to the magnet is not strong enough for the double glazing. I believe the one you was reviewing was an entry level at 3 - 8mm.
When I bought this in the market, the guy specifically told me that this thing is not for windows with double glass. Its for one glass only, so the magnets can attach. I tried it on my one glass window and it works perfectly 👌
Hi, I’m from Australia, I bought mine on eBay & it arrived today exactly the same but mine is all written in Chinese & NO INSTRUCTIONS at all. I paid $13 AUD. I just tested it on my car windscreen & shower screen & house windows all work perfectly, my thickness range is 3mm~10mm, you need to know your glass thickness for it to work also you can dip the whole MC into a bucket of soapy water, it will not effect the magnetic in anyway. Yes you need the red one for double glazing
Measuring the glass thikness is the most impotant step to choose the right gadget. This effects its efficiency. The gadget is available in different sizes. I bought the 8 to 15 mm. It's efficiency was 75%. I had to be very careful when using it. Since I have double glass, I replaced the first one with another one made for glass thikness 15 to 30 mm. It's double the first one's price. Also you have to spray the window outside and inside with a good amount of spray to work smoothly.

Hi i bought one that 15- 24mm but my magnatic are struck any tips to separate them please. Got to excited...
I just got one now and that’s why I’m looking up tutorials and stuff. The one I have is the exactly same but the magnets are so strong I’d even say too strong. I was dumb enough to take the thing in between away and check the magnets, but then I couldn’t possibly detach them, it hurt my fingers and just really didn’t budge at all. Not comfortable and they make a really loud sound every time. I was hoping to find some information about a faster and easier way to detach them because it did a bit of damage when I tried earlier.
I bought one of this and it's good. Soon I'll post a video on my channel.

It might not work for double pane windows with the air gap between the glass. I'm sure it would be fine for a single pane.
Clearly she hasnt realized her windows are double-paned. Correct product only works single pane.
i saw someone said to wipe it dry on the suction aera first because the it will slip
Thanks for the review, I was going to purchase one of these but maybe not now! I've read reviews of the models for thicker glass but it's the same issue with the magnets not strong enough to hold the two parts together. Good concept but bad execution.

You need the double glazing version those magnets are super strong ,
Maybe it didn't stick with two pain of glass I've yet to use mine but looks like the magnet on mine is stronger thanks for showing how it's used has I'd no instructions

The handle for the indoor piece needs to have holes for our fingers to slip in so we can grip it better.

Even if it did work, how would you apply the soap on the window in the first place? 🤔
To the white sponges at the tip of the cleaner and then move the cleaner on the window and it would transfer onto the window!

Non va bene sulle finestre con vetri doppi, la calamita non funziona, ma sta scritto nella confezioni adatto per vetri da 3-8mm, non sono stata attenta alla pubblicità quando ho acquistato che era veloce, faceva vedere solo mentre pulisce i vetri...

You've ordered for single pane glass. That won't work on double glazing
Hi, I like your video. I'm thinking to get one of these. I think yours is not working because you picked wrong application range - magnets are not strong enough for thickness of the window. You should get one for 5-12mm at least. But this is only my opinion.

So that is also my advice as per the video to be sure of your window type/thickness before purchasing and to also proceed with caution with this product! Just in case it falls off the window like in my video!

It's wrong one, blue for thin glass, red one is for double glaze I brought
Thank you! It’s handy to know the colour represents the thickened of glass! Always best to double check and not make the same mistake I did!
I bought the stronger one and I’m not able to separate them (and now, I have blues finger as it’s really strong) if somebody can tell me how to separate them please….☹️
I am sorry 😞 this happened to me but I was able to open them by trying really hard and holding the cleaner against myself whilst prying them apart!! Did you manage to it? Apologies for my late reply!!

Very weak magnet for 5mm and above glass. Don't buy. Usually window glasses are 6mm and above

This is an unfair review I’m afraid. You used the very weakest version when you should’ve used the very strongest (for double glazed windows). Obviously, you know this now though

I review my purchases honestly and yes I made the mistake when choosing the cleaner but i mentioned that in this video and how when purchasing these online it is very easy to pick the wrong size as I did and I showed what happened it you do so! I believe I showed the real life experience of using this product (even if it turned out not to work in my case!)
I will try to do an updated video soon with the correct cleaner (hopefully) subscribe not to miss that! :D
I find this item rubbish as the magnets dont stick to window avoid
Total waste of time
I have this and my windows are single pane. It works a charm..so easy to use and gives me streak free windows. The problem with this one is that she has a single pane window cleaner.
