I always love when you use the One Piece patch lol. I've always loved 5.11's products for almost 15 years now ever since I was active duty, and have the Rush 12, 24, and 72 packs and MOAB sling I've used for various activities. Great quality at a relatively cheap price, my Rush 24 lasted over a decade of deployments and civilian travel. Alpha One Niner Evade was my first "civilian" backpack that i have stuck with for work now that I have to carry laptops, and got the 2nd gen Evade in Xpac recently as my travel pack. I've been eyeballing the Aer Travel pack after watching your reviews, thanks for going over them!

Great list and great vid, as always! I'm kinda really starting to dig the Osprey 26+6. Very versatile, cool bag for only $100. I will say that I most often lean towards Aer for daily carry size bags. I've never owned the Travel Pack 3 Small (although I definitely have my eye on it!) but I use the City Pack and City Pack Pro pretty regularly.

The Aer Flight Pack is a personal favourite of mine because I work in a corporate environment and it's always nice to be able to hide the backpacks and switch into messenger/brief mode. It doesn't look as good as a sleek leather briefcase for sure, but it beats wearing a backpack with a suit! Really the only thing that's stopping me from going with the Travel Pack Small as my EDC!

I’ve a few of my favourites on your list! I just wish no one else in my office carries them 😅. The only one I don’t see in my office (yet) is the Synik 26 but I’m trying to keep to lighter bags for everyday and I don’t think I’ll use all its features. Can you do a video on or suggest best EDCs under 1kg?

The only con I have with the Daylite 26+6 is that the laptop is not covered for the full height.
