I had been trying to come up with a way of setting device parameters on a per-clip basis, 'digitakt-pattern-style'. Your tip was exactly what I as looking for. To put it in your words: yeah, nice ! One additional thing I would do is give the variation a different shade of the track color so it's easily identifiable. That also makes me wonder if this can reset your device parameters, 'digitakt-reaload-pattn-style'.
What a fantastic video, motivated me to start using my push more, it’s such a creative and inspiring tool. Love how straight forward and easy to understand your content is. Look forward to seeing more push videos. 👏🔥👏
Nice tips! Another way that may be a little easier to embed automation is to automate the device on/off per clip. I don’t recall if you can do this entirely within the Push 2, but it could save some efforts in certain situations.

Hey Igor, I noticed you aren't posting due to the problems in your country right now. We're behind you here in England and pray that the assaults will stop soon. I rarely post, but thought I would say I've found your two Workflow and Techniques videos highly instructive and beyond useful. As a new Ableton and Push2 user, this is just the kind of thing I was looking for. I'd love it if you could make more Ableton Workflow videos but appreciate that this might not be possible for the reason you mentioned. One thing you talked about was the 'Stop Clip' button and that you had no idea why it was included on the Push 2. ableton should pay you for this! this is really the core of what push 2 is and can do. very helpful to a beginner!

I think you can record all the automations as long as you armed the Automation button.
