Hi I’m going to try to make your recipe for the pulled beef tamales the one that you made three years ago. We don’t have any Mexican meat markets here with masa preparada. A good tamale is my favorite!!! I was raised in Southern California. When we were young, my dad would buy tamales from a lady who made them in her home. She would hide a black olive in each one. They took two hands to hold, and they were SO good!!! Can’t find them in Alabama. What you’re making looks SOOOO good!!!!!

I wish I could try your tamales so bad, but I live in Canada and it’s really difficult to find all of the ingredients. Your tamales look so delicious, Maybe someday I can go to Mexico and try some. I live in New Brunswick which is very cold in the winter and it’s winter for about 6 months of the year😭 but it is nice when we have snow days and we get to stay home and cook some delicious food I’m gonna try some of your recipes and make it comfortable for my home.
