Omgosh! I just love your channel!!! Reminds me of when I lived in San Diego for about 5 years and would travel down into Mexico. I actually lived in Playa de Tiquana for about 3-4 months back in the late 80's. Mucho dequiero Mexican Food!!!! I learned to cook many of these foods, but lost my recipe book when I moved back to New York. Watching your channel makes me want to get in the kitchen.

I really enjoyed watching this, and all your videos.. I wrote down several recipes to try.. Love your commentary and adlibs etc. Whoever said your videos were too long can go away ha ha.. I noticed after the first hour of this that there were a couple that you just very quickly and stopping the video in between showed only the ingredients, and very short 1-2 word statements, and I thought, what the hay..?? where is the commentary?? Please don't trend toward that.. I would still watch, but just be YOU, that is what I/WE love about your videos..

I have watched your videos. My husband is mexican and he wants me to learn to make real tamales. I have watch some of the video you have for tales but have not tried - yet. I do not want to fear tamales. He loves spanish rice which is nothing like what you buy premixed.

I want to know what are the tortillas that you use cause I use a Corn 🌽 milagro tortillas but they do not get grispy they get really soft and brake or to tough to eat like gummy thanks
