I'll pull her, because I really like Shauntal and she has an awesome outfit, the kit is overall solid, her nuke+ Buddy Move combo can make up for the negative DPS of Powder Snow, and Hail extension is also good. I always complained about Irida's animations taking too long and making the Ice Zone run out too soon and Icy Wind DPS being a joke, with an Ice Zone Support like Grusha I would totally drop her for Shauntal's multiple debuffing utilities, but that'just me, good luck if you're pulling too.
The only way EX-R Sprint makes a little bit of sense is if she's following the pattern of units like SS Gladion, etc. who also have powerful aoe B moves w/ the sync burst effect, so they can use 2x the B move in relatively quick succession. But ya, I'd love it if it was Strike, Support, or Field. To me, Sprint cakes and Tech cakes are equally at bottom tier b/c their effects are both only half of what makes Tech and Sprint Syncs good. They're missing the innate Sync multiplier. Even Support-Techs would be way more worth caking if the Tech Cakes actually gave them innates.
The more I see this kit the more I like it, even with SS N and Champion Red at full investment. It also helps that Froslass is one of my all time favorite pokemon, even if I gaslit myself into thinking she was Tech/Strike
A bit of a funny thing is that Shauntal might not be a bad help for Red. She freezes, he uses Blizzard and gets +6 from all opponents. Throw Protect + TM and you get to +10.
NC Red would need min +18e to pick up everything, but if you forego the tm: +2 SMUN tile on the bottom left, you can pick up the rest of his major tiles w/ only +6e.
Why did they have to give her Sprint? They seem to love giving it Power Play nukers (C. Iris, C. Elesa, Alt. Leon.) I'm so scared that Anniversary N gets it instead of Strike. All of these units would be better with Strike.
There have been some Power Play Techs w/ EX-R Support (NC Leaf, NC Serena, Oleana) and EX-R Field (SS Lyra, SS Cyrus) as well, but base Tech EX-R Strike w/ Power Play has only had Ariana so far, unfort.

The most important consideration is that shauntal is cute
She is but not that in that outfit. She looks like a snowball
@@Chugargonfan I actually like it more than her standard one she's been stuck in for over a decade now
@@Krisk012 I guess that’s fair but also I just wish it wasn’t so similar

Think that would be too much energy.

@@emerfirek Wait. I thought it was Strike Frozen Opp, not Hit Frozen Opp. That means it's good, but not THAT good as I imagined it.
I just love froslass so I'm pulling 🙏

Honestly pulling just for the fire fit.
@@Krisk012 Something like Melony & Lapras as a support and BP Candice probably
What would be a good f2p team built around her?
Ghetsis and Sycamore I guess.
Such a shame. She looks so good tho in that outfit 😍
