- Follow me on my weight loss journey and see what I eat in a day on a vegan low fat high carb plant based diet. I follow Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution and Maximum weight loss plans including 50/50 plate whenever I can.
In this week's video, I show you how I make a tofu low fat ranch dressing three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: tomato bruschetta, Asparagus & courgette soup and Rainbow vegetable and pasta salad with vegan low fat ranch dressing. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.

Vegan tofu ranch:
1 silken tofu
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp dry dill
1 tsp dry chives
1/2 tsp dry mint
1 tsp dry parsley
1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Salt & pepper

@@ninasarri that sounds delicious too . I’m sticking with your ranch dressing in the meantime it’s replaced all my other sauces. I’ve just eat some little potatoes stuffed with it - I can’t get enough of it yummy 😂💕
