I don’t have a bag or case big enough for some of my rifles, so I always make it a point to double check with somebody at the counter to make sure it’s cool that I bring it inside lol
I have brought lots of guns into buildings for a variety of reasons. You don't necessarily need "a bag" or box or whatever, so this is how you can do it (the second version was relatively decent and close to reality.) 0*) ENSURE THE GUN YOU INTEND TO BRING INSIDE IS UNLOADED, PREFERABLY WITH A CHAMBER FLAG INSTALLED, BUT IT ISN'T ALWAYS NECESSARY 1) Walk into the building without the firearm. 2) Speak to the first associate available and tell them you have a gun to bring in, asking how they would like the gun to be presented (it will ALWAYS be unloaded, preferably with the action open or closed with a chamber flag) 3) Upon hearing how they would prefer the gun be presented, follow each instruction given 4) Regardless of the gun being unloaded, disassembled, or in a non-firing state, ALWAYS keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction [typically, pointed up or down; this depends on the way the area is laid out and where people are located.] 5) While keeping the muzzle of the gun pointed in a safe direction, tell the person receiving the gun how the gun is oriented without opening any case or box it is in, and simply hand it to them. 6) Ensure that you keep enough distance between you and the clerk so that there is no way your body language or movement can be misconstrued as possibly trying to grab the gun until the recipient has verified it is clear for themselves. 7) Before reaching for that or any other gun, explain what you are doing and ask if it is okay for you to do any manipulations [while being mindful of what you're doing and where the gun is pointed.] Even if you are simply in a gun store and want to feel the action or trigger of a gun you are thinking of purchasing, ask the clerk of it is okay for you to aim the firearm in a safe direction before manipulating any parts of the gun. There is literally no such thing as being "too careful" when handling a firearm around other people. It doesn't matter if you have 50 years of experience with firearms or believe the gun to be unloaded, you won't ever find a clerk/associate/RSO that gets upset by thorough safety checks. Plus, they don't take much time and will ALWAYS save lives. Any time you touch a gun, even if you watch someone else do a safety check in front of you, you ALWAYS need to do the same for yourself because there is no reason not to. You can never be too safe around guns. The whole reason they exist is to fire projectiles which are capable of killing. And going into someone else's shop means that you need to be mindful of their wishes and the safety of everyone present. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS...let those around you know what you are intending to do with a firearm and ensure that you respect their rules and safety. We would all rather deal with a safe newby than an experienced idiot.
Carrying around a firearm, outside of a proper storage case, is asking for trouble. The guy with the hero complex and itchy trigger finger who just pulled up in the parking lot, watching you walk into a gun store with a gun out, doesn't know you just had a conversation with the associate inside.
We have open carry and permitless concealed carry in my state (arkansas). Even with an MMJ card, which is a nice addition that gives the finger to federal law. Guy in the parking lot seeing me walk around with a rifle not in a case, while smoking a J, can mind his own business.

Doubt that, would just escalate an already tense situation
A professionally practiced store would have someone in charge of issuing the challenge to drop the firearm & getting it under control as other employees take positions to back up the contact employee as needed.
That 4runner is crisp 👌
Right! I have a 21 Trd or premium I bought new. And a 19 Trd or manual Tacoma I need to start working on.
Imagine the bank is next door and he accidentally walks into the wrong building
The "Its not loaded jar" at my local gun store...is terrifying
That gray 4Runner is sick.
God bless you guys! This is a video every individual in the world needs to see.
No they don't.. a bag DOSENT do anything except visually hide the weapon.. DOSENT keep you from having it loaded or anything..
@@nicholasramey5763it doesn't get people concerned because you are showing respect for the rules. The gun community, proper, will separate themselves from you definitively if you have a lackadaisical attitude towards accepted procedures.
@@Pipizzakitchen no they want half the gun community just like I am.. I'm not gonna do something just cause it makes people feel safer.. I don't like giving a false sense of safety.. makes no sense.. there's no need to be concerned just cause somebody DOSENT show respect for the rules . Its ignorant and shows that people that think that way shouldn't be working around guns if there scared of people owning and holding guns .
That guy's just giving away free gym bags.
Common sense is close to non existent now a days😂 love yall video's keep teachin!
You're in Louisiana it's going to happen.
Lol yes siirrrr😂😂
Lol gosh you don't want a ray of bullets hitting you 😂😂
I don’t have a bag or case big enough for some of my rifles, so I always make it a point to double check with somebody at the counter to make sure it’s cool that I bring it inside lol
Runs away with the bag laughing like a maniac
They are not called gun shops they are called freedom shops
I have brought lots of guns into buildings for a variety of reasons. You don't necessarily need "a bag" or box or whatever, so this is how you can do it (the second version was relatively decent and close to reality.)
0*) ENSURE THE GUN YOU INTEND TO BRING INSIDE IS UNLOADED, PREFERABLY WITH A CHAMBER FLAG INSTALLED, BUT IT ISN'T ALWAYS NECESSARY
1) Walk into the building without the firearm.
2) Speak to the first associate available and tell them you have a gun to bring in, asking how they would like the gun to be presented (it will ALWAYS be unloaded, preferably with the action open or closed with a chamber flag)
3) Upon hearing how they would prefer the gun be presented, follow each instruction given
4) Regardless of the gun being unloaded, disassembled, or in a non-firing state, ALWAYS keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction [typically, pointed up or down; this depends on the way the area is laid out and where people are located.]
5) While keeping the muzzle of the gun pointed in a safe direction, tell the person receiving the gun how the gun is oriented without opening any case or box it is in, and simply hand it to them.
6) Ensure that you keep enough distance between you and the clerk so that there is no way your body language or movement can be misconstrued as possibly trying to grab the gun until the recipient has verified it is clear for themselves.
7) Before reaching for that or any other gun, explain what you are doing and ask if it is okay for you to do any manipulations [while being mindful of what you're doing and where the gun is pointed.]
Even if you are simply in a gun store and want to feel the action or trigger of a gun you are thinking of purchasing, ask the clerk of it is okay for you to aim the firearm in a safe direction before manipulating any parts of the gun.
Who the actual hell would think it's okay to walk in? Wielding a shotgun and talk it back, right as you entered the store.
Dudes life expectancy dropped like a rock when he racked the shotgun.
Finally someone showed the RIGHT way on how to do it 😂
"I read the sign" - No American anywhere, ever
Cameraman is always ready to record whatever happens. Amazing.
I feel like he'ds been met with a bit more hostility for walking into a gun store and charging the shotgun
It takes a special type of stoopid to bring a gun like that to a GUN STORE 😂
Got it The best way and the non normal way 😂😂😂 read the person not the gun 💀🤣🤣🤣
"do you have any bags?"
yes *give bag*
oh *never see the bag again*
Ahh easy theft charges. Makes sense
Most polite salesman around, no questions asked free soft cases, genius, you know you're getting future business fosho
Wait, you have to put your gun in a bag? Why can't you just give it to him?
Because these guys are pyssies
Bcs that can be hella dangerous
@@Sheep-Shagger but how??
@@Sheep-Shagger ur one to talk. Lmao 🐒🐒🐒
@@anthonyhernandez4266I’m with you as long as they aren’t walking in in the ready position and racking the weapon. Now if they are clearing as in locking back the bolt that’s fine as well. This video seems a little petty among other things.
Good to see not everyone hit the floor like a child during a tornado drill.
>Dude hops back in car and drives off with $80 bag.
Im sorry but "how are you" absolutely killed me
Homie racked the shotgun 😂
Bro came in like Trevor doing a heist robbery
These are the kind of people who don't understand why Skyrim guards say something when you walk towards them with a drawn sword
Proceeds to get blasted as he enters the door
That first one isn’t going to be met with such a nice response
The reload got me dying😭💀
I fully expected the clerk to have his sidearm pointed and ready when the camera panned over to him
Yooo, first 5 seconds had me cracking up
Do that terminator gunstore scene, " Hey buddy you cant do that" " wrong"
Bro cocked it while walking in 😂😂😂😂😂 I can’t stop laughing at that
Omg right from the beginning im laughing out loud on the toilet at midnight waking up my family. 😂
Bruh when he walked with shotgun like that I had gta flashbacks 😂😂
The wrong way and the right way to get a sick gun bag.
I always clear my firearm at home, ensure I have no ammo in the case, place the cleared firearm with the action open, magazine empty and removed in the case, padlock it, then I’ll take it to the gun store if I’m going to have work done on it. Of course I’ve worked in a gun shop. I’ve had several loaded guns brought in as unloaded.
Same here but I close my bolt and dust cover and just split the upper and lower real quick since that’ll usually be the first thing anyone does when working on an AR anyway
Man's f***ing wilding 🤦🏽♂️😂
At least he pointed it at the floor 😂
Didn't realize it was a skit at first and legit thought I was about to watch shotgun dude get sent to jesus
I never thought about asking for a bag. That’s such a good idea. I had to go buy one when I didn’t need one.
I love this channel. I’m from England where we don’t have guns. So this is all very fascinating to me.
*Walks into a gun store and racks a shotgun*
Jesus: My son, what did you learn today?
Scene 1, that’s how you end up dead
That bag is dope 😎 you can find really good Amazon ones for like $85 but they hold up quality hella
"Thanks for the bag!"
*Leaves*
This literally happened once to me. A huge man tatooed to the hilt walked in carrying a 12 gauge and a fully uniformed police officer was standing near the doorway when it happened. I was about to jump over the display cases.
