- DQ200: it's a 7 forward speeds Direct Shift Gearbox (and one Reverse) "dual dry clutch" born in 2008. For low-avarage power engines with transversal transmission (the crankshaft is perpendicular /90 ° to the transmission shaft of the gearbox) that deliver a torque up to 250 N x m / 180 lb x ft . Only for two wheel drive vehicles (2x4) and only for front wheel drive engines.
There are many settings that can be adjusted and that’s why we grouped the maps in the following simple categories:
Engine torque: it contains the maps that control the gearbox limiting of torque and usually are those that intervene to limit the performance of a vehicle previously tuned ONLY flashing the engine control unit.
Launch control: here are listed the operating parameters of the launch control system (of course only for vehicles that are equipped with it).
-Timing: for the each automatic gearbox selection D (Drive - economic), S (Sport - high performance) and Tiptronic (Paddle shifter) in this category there are all the shifting times, even when the torque is limited.
Upshifting: certainly the most important category that contains the settings for every single speed. The maps are related to each a automatic gearbox selection (ECO - "D" Drive, SPORT - "S" Sport, Tiptronic - change of steering wheel).
Downshifting: the maps to control downshifting could not miss. For who wants to make
the perfect tuning for every driving conditions.
Limiters: here you will find some important parameters that the manufacturers stored in the original file of the transmission control unit.
12v x3, 1 ground, can H , L and yellow is K line but is not necessary!

Hi, Kess reads only the eeprom in .bin format, there is anyway to read the micro and flash with kess or any way to extract the .sgo file to do a software flash?

Hi megatronics got water inside, after opening and drying now it drives with gears 2 4 6 only 1 3 5 7 are jumping . Where the fault can be
check all valves and gears solenoids. u can give em 12v directly see if they click and move. also use a diag tool to cehck DTCs

Hi for the first time i have a problem taking off mechatronic. The unit nearly comes off but is catching on something. I think one of the pistons on mechatronic is stuck. Is there a way to apply voltage to get it to move, can you (anyone) help please.

hi my TEMIC was loaded with OIL inside the electric connections i removed and cleaned oil and i see no line break. My gears indicator was flashing. How do i know that everything is ok to put them back ?
Bro pls advise what happened next. My dsg was flashing and didn't start the car so I replaced the valve body with the same TCM but car won't start still
@@nokivcon3251 did you check the TCM for burn? its a little it visible from electronic side and a small bubble on the plastic (black side )
Is there any chance to assign used mechatronic to my system on Golf mk7. Is it enough just to write dupm files from old one? Or I need something else?

When this reads the general flash does it also read the immobilizer EPROM's flash like say if I wanted to clone a TCU?
no kess cant do that. u need magpro or other tool or mini dsg reader

Ive got a dead one here that had no coms at all with any diag via 16 pin dlc, I have a new one ready to fit but dont know what software to load as I cant read the old one. what do I do ?

Hi I have a faulty dq200 error code 006079 (hydraulic pump) and bought a refurbished one From China. The seller says they have programmed it to my vin but needs to do "adaption" by 5044 and odis software. Apparently to do this adaption costs quite too much as they say there is an online registration fee. Is it easier to clone the old unit?
he is correct , but i know they charge for update (not adaptation) , you can clone. or change only pump from 1 to another

you dont need too. ignore that request. i never switch dashboard off not even when doing OBD stuff

How do you read the programming ? What coding language do they use to control DSG ? Is it like the Getrag Mechatronics?
Yes similar. its hexadecimal no encoding. info and instructions written in Flash and eeprom memories and then main processor executes those instructions!

Gigi if I know everything that would be ignorance because I do not know everything but I believe in asking when I don't know something mechanical parts are easy to explain but coding logic and machine code takes real practice and formal training... my first car was a Civic that why my name is what it is .

Hola buenos dias queria saber si el archivo flash leido sirve para una mecatronica nueva en blanco o tengo que leer la eeprom y una pequeña explicacion de la diferencia entre clonar y flashear muchas gracias
para clonar a a otra meca nueva o usada neceistas flash y eeprom ( clonar). flashear se refiere al proceso de escribir un archivo porque normalmente para las tareas mas comunes solo se utlizaba la flash!

Se que el vas tiene la opcion de actualizar el software. desde OBD. nose mas. para leer y escribir todo completo lo mas barato es mini DSG reader

Hi i read the old mechatronic , and already got file. When i want to write into the new ecu mechatronic , i got file error :( btw , when i try to read the new ecu i got messgae that this ecu does not support the protocol
