What spot welder is used here?
Looks like a Lampert mikro-TIG welder. But not quite as precise as a Lampert.
Are those Aluminium wires? why they use those instead of regular insulated copper wires? can it be upgraded?

If I understand it correctly the wires break into two pieces. What is the cause of such failure? I can see that there is a sharp curve near the joint. Is the wire broken from factory?
I wonder if welding the wire is not just temporary solution. You said "I solved it for eternity". Wouldn't the same wire snap again in different place? Would not it be better to replace the wire?

Nije mi jasno zasto je ovo ovako napravljeno 🤷♂️
Jel bilo bolje koristiti silicone wire i lemiti je na obadva kraja, po meni je to nesto najbolje sto se tice lemova a da kvalitetno uhvati. Druga stvar je sto ona daje vrlo mali otpor i moze trpiti 12 ili vise A struje a to je poprilicna struja. Jos jedna stvar mi nije jasna, zasto je to sve u toj smoli, zeleu ili sta je to vec, djeluje mi nekako gadljivo 🤮

Kada ga uploadaš, sacekaj nekoliko sati da YT zavrsi sa obradom i tek ga onda pusti public, ako ga odmah pusris public, gledatwlji mogu gledati samo u 360p kvaliteti a to je nesto u rangu VHS kasete. Ako oustis da ga obrade, onda ide u FHD ili jacoj kvaliteti ako je tako snimano.
Obavezno stavi opis na video na HR i ENG po mogucnosti i obavezno ubaci keywords, sto vise to bolje.

High Power Pulse Argon Arc Welding Machine . but you can grind silver off the pads to expose copper use a good flux and some non let solder and it works , apparently the wires are not aluminum but some kind of alloy once cleaned a good non led solder holds on it .

Scrap the tin with a small sharp screw driver, underneath its copper then use normal solder

@@ritcherklooster324 the fluid should be used for the mechatronic is unconductive. it won't cause electrical short if it's unconductive.
