Excellent edit, and usual Autogefuhl detail. 23:55 nice Landie. Great comparison commentary; and driving. All a little expensive for me, but I like the comfort and good ride aspect - the public roads in the UK have such a terrible surface. Many thanks indeed Thomas.
Hello Thomas…bit late but just saw it today. Totally agree with you regarding your choices regarding GLC vs GLE X3 & X5. Live in India bought GLC 300 completely CBU from Bremen. After 4 months rattling noise…got it checked suspension mounting was changed…got it changed again twice…After 4.5 yrs rattling noise again.. sold it off. Built quality flimsy acc. To me…Try pressing the door wooden part on the door & you will see the movement. The centre console also has bit of movement at the top edge. Not sturdy…bought X5…everything solid very happy at the moment…sheer quality everywhere.
Thank you for the great and throrough review and your comparisons to BMW! You forgot to mention the GLC 400d - inline 6 cylinder diesel, 330hp, 700nm - I have it for a few days now - it is a quiet rocket at ~7-7.5 liters of fuel consumption - which closes the gap between fun and everyday usability - engine wise the best choice in my opinion! Also for the suspension - coming from a 2013 Range Rover Sport with full air suspension I now got the "dynamic body control" - so no air suspension - and in comfort mode it is even a bit better at filtering out bumps than the air suspension with the RRS was - which surprised me. I've been with the GLC 2017 since and had tried the 2020 also, it's the same. Suspension is the worst part on this car, it feels like a groceries cart whenever you drive on the slightest bad road (almost the same in the 2020) Transmission and throttle combo: is indeed super jerky when doing stop and go in either traffic jams or making quick stops.Just those 2 things are to the point that it's embarrassing to me whenever I have guests on board "my Mercedes" so I must be be extra careful about my driving to avoid those situations as much. Throttle is artificially slowed in an exaggerate way in comfort mode and very frustrating to me, I find it dangerous at times when you need to insert yourself in traffic from an intersection! this means you will never get the power you want when you need unless you almost floor the gas paddle and takes at least a good 2 secs. The sport mode is way better for that and I would keep it on at all times but 2 problems; 1) the RPM will raise by 1/2x1000more as long as sport mode is on 2) Even if you don't care about gas and pollution in sport you must enable back at every start of the engine. Sound system before 2020 is super bad! no bass, muffled sound no matter how you try to adjust it sound like ass, such insult at this price point, Kia as a way better sound system in my friend's sorento by far. Air suspension already leaking from visit to chalet, and no I have not used the car in any abusive way!! More very annoying things: after a while the center console cracks during driving as well as my driver's side door plastics. They did fixed it at the dealer by tightening the screws but it only lasted for a month! Then you also get the air-vent traps adjusting airflow inside the vents that started making noise every 20 seconds or so. For the 2020 I would also like to point out that they could have refreshed the outdated front grill design. I would also say that the paint is of a poor quality, not durable. the inner lower door steps will get rusty quickly. My recommandation: Don't buy! There are way better built and durable vehicles out there that will give you much better value for your $$ especially if you don't lease. And between the 2, as I also know BMWs, I believe the X3 is a much better car and experience all around.
Just ordered the GLC300e having had the GLC220 for the last four years. Completely trouble free 60000 miles except for replacing the near side lower suspension arm under warranty. Best car that I have owned. Really looking forward to the PHEV
Your review confirms my thoughts between glc, bmw x3 versus gle and x5, Audi Q5 and Q7. I’m definitely going for GLC for three reasons: not the biggest space but more than enough, manageable in cities and parkings, the Mbux system, best in its class and general feel while driving. Thank you for confirming my decision.
We recently brought the glc 300d face life, and we are having some issues with the interior building quality! Specially the centre console, command screen and rear window area(rattling sounds)! We are a bit disappointed but other wise the car is brilliant
Great review, professional, detailed. It answered all my questions which I known and also this unknown! This is what I was looking for, Best Regards from Poland!
I love the honest introspections you do where you realized in real time the true differences and then compared them subjectively before coming to an informed decision. Thanks ! I just bought a 2020 glc coupe and learned a few things from this review . Mainly the power boost from the regenerating power and not so much fuel economy. The only problem for me is the placement of your phone. It’s really hard to access the wireless charging if you have cups in the holders. And it makes no sense to keep it in the armrest. Wish there was a separate easier to access area. Also if you want the sport steering wheel you can’t get the heated steering wheel with it. You will have a cold sport steering wheel.
The usual great standard of review. I'm an Australian owner of a 2017 250d wagon looking towards a GLC 300 next year but MB Australia have decided (other than the AMG versions) to only bring in the 200 petrol, 300 petrol and the 300e petrol - no diesels!! - so I was very interested in your comments re fuel consumption as my diesel currently averages 7.3L/100km overall with long distance figures of 5.5L/100km. MB Australia are quoting 8.1L/100kms for the 300 and your 9? figure worries me somewhat. You asked for comments regarding reliability and the only real issue here was the front wheel crabbing issue that plagued GLCs in RHD markets, eg UK and Australia. Fortunately, MB have redesigned front steering knuckles and together with revised wheel alignments that appears to have eliminated the problem. Revised components fitted at no cost to owners under warranty. It just took a long time to come up with a solution. Keep up the good work!!
@@autogefuehl Cars exhibited a mild to severe shuddering sensation when you applied say full lock turning round roundabouts, turning in parking areas etc. Problem was worse in cold and wet conditions. Most Australian vehicles were delivered with 20in wheels with summer tyres. Many vehicles suffered excessive tyre wear with owners destroying front tyres in as little as 8000kms!! The fix that I spoke of only works currently for GLC200 and GLC250 versions - the 43s and 63s are yet to be rectified. Problem with those vehicles seems to be exacerbated by the staggered wheel configuration front to rear. MB tried retrofitting all season tyres as an interim solution where owners complained loudly!! My vehicle had the fix carried out in October and the vehicle now has no discernible crabbing. There are literally thousands of forum posts in RHD markets that discuss the matter so maybe you might search for references the "GLC front wheel crabbing" if you want to further your education in this respect. I might add that the official MB response to complains here was that it was "a characteristic of the vehicle and was no problem". This was in the face of owners feeling unsafe driving in wet conditions when some vehicles did not track in the direction drivers expected them to do so when negotiating corners.
my 2 issues with this car is you don't have much room for your right leg and can't stretch due to wide middle area and the mirrors are too convex, but the ride is solid and firm for my taste, the lousy steering wheel can be fixed by individual setting of sport steering, down part of side doors are also soft material which in x3 is hard
For me already used X3, my wife is for glc 300, Mercedes winning on torge powerful then bmw x3 and on road trip Mercedes glc 300 is very comfortable smooth much than bmw x3, your kids will love it.
Autogefühl We live in Australia and have only two choices of upholstery. Leather or Artico. No cloth. Artico is the logical choice and the leather option is the same price as Air Body Control. So win, win for us!
Currently there is no review of glc300e at the level that you do reviews. I am considering to buy that model but cant find more details ither than whats in the marketing materials or carshow reviews.
I had big doubts about choosing the X3 or the GLC. Both are really great rides. Finally, I preferred the BMW because I made a better deal and the model is much newer than the Mercedes. Thanks for another great video!
@@autogefuehl I saw it three times. You guys absolutely nail it. I agree with Thomas thoughts. Thank you for your help. It's great to have such insightful videos as yours.
Hi Thomas, i like to watch your review, quite detailed. Good if you can put in writing some of the comparison numbers. When you describe them verbally, we couldn’t capture properly. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
A little late here maybe but GLC is also build in Uusikaupunki Finland. Mostly for export ofcourse, havent heard any complaints about quality issues there either...
Thank you for such a lengthy video and detail of the GLC, and comparing it to the BMW X3 and the Mercedes-Benz GLE. I love this GLC too, mostly due to the new MBUX infotainment. I love the new design and integration of it. There is so much the driver can do. The GLC's infotainment is also the easiest in my eyes to use and it is very clear. Maybe that is because I am use to Mercedes-Benz's elegant style. The customization range of the GLC (colour, seats, exterior body, interior, headlamps) is so wide. I like that the seats have so many colour variants for animal skin FREE materials. There is so many cool options that most in this segment don't have. I love a vehicle with many options and variations regardless of trims. Fuel economy is good. It is quiet and comfortable like a C-class. Another positive is that is is not just a smaller GLE. It has its own character. It feels like a C-class just as the GLE feels like an E-class, which it is. The GLC is truly the C-class of SUVs. Thank you, Thomas. 🤗
Thank you for that in-depth review Thomas. I am currently in the market for a mid-sized luxury suv and was struggling between a GLC300 & an X3 (30i) and your video was very helpful. I have test driven both and thanks to your review, am veering more towards the GLC300!
I have a GLC300, because I was bored of driving diesel engines for the last 6 years. And I like the engine, how it goes and sounds (has the AMG exhaust flap), except for the fuel economy. Mixed consumption does not go below 10lt/100km. And GLC200 is the same engine with a smaller turbo. So, I think the most logical engine for the GLC is 220d. Enjoy your car!
Great review! Appreciate all the small details that you provide. I wish you had a chance to review US based Acura RDX Advance to see if you like it and how it compares to this segment.
How do the safety features on a GLC and a GLE compare? If I add all the safety packages to both cars are they pretty much the same in terms of safety? Would the GLE be a better choice because it is larger and likely to perform better in a crash?
Thomas, keep up the good work! Thoroughly enjoy your reviews on the different lines of the same model car. Great video and sound quality. Best reviews on youtube
I know I'll get grilled for this, but when our Tiguan was total lossed, I had a close look at one of these to replace it. After objectively looking at both, ended up with another Tiguan R-line. With the exception of some superficial areas, such as the Benz has some more soft touch materials inside, which considering wehave 2 small kids, isn't really a big deal. As far as overall workmanship, paint quality and technology, the VW has everything the Benz did and cost $18 grand ( Canadian) less. Just couldn't justify the Mercedes price. Badge of not, it didn't feel that much more premium. I also find Mercedes dealers here to be snobby and the service department lacks in customer service. Also, having suffered with run-flat tires with BMW ownership, the lack of spare tire on the GLC was concerning. Not every yire shop carries them and if you are on holiday, it can ruin the trip being stranded while they ship a replacement tire to the shop. Juat my 2 cents. Still, a good vehicel though. Just overpriced for me.
I totally agree, I am looking to upgrade from my Tiguan r line, trouble is it’s such a good car and fully loaded. I’m currently considering this car in amg line but it’s proving incredibly difficult to get out of the Tiguan considering what good value it is. You need to spec the glc to top trim level in uk to get everything the Tiguan r line offers. More premium yes, another £120 a month for the privilege I’m not so sure...
Thomas.....Thank you for another excellent review. I love your conversational style in your reviews. Have you ever considered using a sound meter so you could inform us on the actual noise level in decibels? I especially would like to know how the noise level is different between the GLB 250 4Matic SUV and the GLC 300 4Matic SUV when cruising on U.S. interstate at 65 mph. Regardless, you provide the best video reviews of any that I've watched.
Yes indeed, and we also did that with the smart phone from time to time. The problem is that you always have different road surfaces and different weather and then it becomes harder to compare in a fair way. But I would think about it
Was wäre dein väterlicher Rat?
Hello Thomas! I am a Canadian owner of a C400 2015. It is unfortunately unavailable now in america so I was thinking about the C300 2020. Your thoughts on the "300" 2.0T 4cylinder compared to the A4's 2.0T+DSG and BMW 2.0T?
Hey m8, well as for engines they all come quite close powerwise from the german premium manufacturers, I am most convinced by the BMW one though. But you shouldnt make your choice all about the engine
Many thank Thomas great review, excellent video well than Autogefuhl. Top quality interior, beautiful, typical MB but pricier than many rivals. Personally I will take the X3.
As usual Fantastic video Thomas. Do you have any info a brand the new and slightly larger GLC300. I heard that it could be launched at the end of 2021. Would it be a much improved model over the 2021 GLC?
Any idea what the difference is between Agility Control and Dynamic Body Control? Have the GLC with the Agility and on the internet they both seem to do the same thing but presented as different systems
Agility control is standard and somewhat adaptive already but u cannot pick the stiffness by driving mode. Dynamic body control is the adaptive suspension which can be controlled with the driving modes. It is also sportier and even sportier on demand
Thanks a lot, I got it now🍺 It seems that Agility just does its own thing automatically up to a certain limit and the Dynamic use active damping. At least this is my understanding
Great review again. One question Thomas since you've driven both. I am between GLB 35 or GLC300.(overall experience, exclude money difference) Your personal verdict please ??
Thanks! GLB 250 review in May btw! Tough question. Both lovely cars. GLC does have that optional air suspension which is very soft in the ride. GLB is the best price/performance. If you are between GLB 35 and GLC 300, definitely the GLC. Caus GLB 35 ride is too harsh for every day driving. So pick GLB 250 and go for a great deal or GLC 300. And remember to pick fabric, dinamica or artico seats =)
@@autogefuehl Thanks a lot for your time Thomas! I like the power of the AMG35 but I think also the GLC is a better car overall. And i think that 300 also has some power when needed, to overtake on a highway, etc.correct?
Hello Thomas, congrats on another great review !!! Glad to see reference to GLE and X3. How would you compare to E Class All Terrain? I almost decided to go for 400d when now I can see the same engine is available on GLC - just wonder if GLC is not better value for money maintaining the same practicality and highway performance.
@@autogefuehl SUV of that size are perfect for town and around - no doubt, but not sure if highway comfort is even close to that offered in E Class -especially at high speed ;-) the best would be test drive but good luck on finding 400d demo in Poland :-(
@@MrSkoti I have my GLC 400d for a few days now. I also testrode the 300d in comparison. For me, while the 4 cylinder pulls well and all, it is no comparison to the 6 cylinder - it is just superior in any way and it does everything effortless and ultra smoothly. If you get a chance to ride both - prepare to be unable to buy the 300d. My fuel consumption is ~7-7.5 litres driving on swiss roads.
Hello Thomas, great review as always, you guys really are the very best!! However, i can't help myself not to point out some things. 1. BMW X3 is now avaliable with live cockpit and ID7. 2. Mercedes GLC is also offered as a 400d. 3. Volvo XC60 offers air suspension in this class. So it isn't really as exclusive on the GLC as it was when it came out. As for this car, I am a little disapointed that the interior doesn't have the new layout as the GLE, A class,.. it looks dated compared to others. The same problem is with the X3, X5 looks a lot more modern. Oh yeah, i hate the rear lights on this facelift GLC, old ones look sleeker. 😁 Cheers!
Mercedes is not anymore the brand it used to be,it has many reliability problems due to electronics made in Taiwan and other issues..pneumatic suspension is garbbage on any mercedes model..20-30 years ago, mercedes was something else.
I would be pleased to hear from you regarding 'many reliability problems' that you have experienced. I am seriously consider buying either X3 or GLC. I am leaning to Merc as I am expecting it is less problem than BMW (?). Thanks !
Thanx for this review, Thomas. Have been testing GLC300 yesterday, for some 3 hours as I am choosing my next car. Want petrol anyway and this one felt really agile, refined and quiet. I agree that the MHEV here works more for the power than fuel savings, btw. I had reached some 9 litres in average, which I think is rather acceptable. But the main impression I had was: relaxing ride. I was deciding between glc300 and xc60 T5. Volvo is nicer from the outside and totally different inside but I like the GLC is not as eye catching. Volvo lost it because of their Sensus infotainment for me anyway. Thanx again.
Hi Thomas excellent review as always! When do you think the new GLC will arrive and do you think it will be the same chassis/shape/interior as the EQC just with a combustion engine?
Danke Thomas.
Great review as always Thomas, profesional and detailed! Would you say a same spec (air susp,...) GLC COUPÉ would be as refinated in all terms apart from losing cargo and interior space (compared to regular GLC)? Or the model change really afects the overall driving experience? Thanks in advance!
I never understand the point of lane keep assist if you have to eep your hands on the steering wheel. If thats the case you may as well steer yourself!
Something weird. You say at min 33 that car economy is not brilliant. Mercedes claims that 48v was adopted for more power and torque. Not for fuel comsuption
please, point the lack of a full size spare wheel. Cutting weight it's not a good excuse. Tirefit kits don't work well and a space saver is also not a reliable solution as the range is limited as well. At least give me the choice to tick it as an option. Or leave room in the trunk for one and I'll buy one full size wheel myself
Thank you Thomas for another excellent review. Absolutely best Car reviews!! Would you prefer a new Mercedes E-class above this GLC drivingwise on the motorway? Also i am curious about your review on the GLC 300e comparing to the Mild hybrid GLC.
Depends on what you look for. If wifey is not pushing for an SUV (main and almost only advantage: higher driving position and airy interior), I would go for E estate (but In mainland Europe, it is seen as a taxi! 😉) . But, definitely more car for the money! (And I have a GLC!! 🤣)
Schöne Grüsse an Autogefühl Leute.

My 2018 GLC 300 is the best car I have ever owned. Very Reliable and Comfortable.
👍
Great video , very helpful. Just bought one last week - I love it !! Cheers from Florida 🙂
Nice video Thomas!
It was cool seeing you driving through the scenery around my home town of Essen.
Your hometown is not Essen , its the world.
Thanks man!
What exactly did the front wheels do in that problem?
Oh wow!
i have one since 2016 and i love my glc
Awesome! 😎
Since 2016 GLC has also been manufactured here in Finland! :)
my 2 issues with this car is you don't have much room for your right leg and can't stretch due to wide middle area and the mirrors are too convex, but the ride is solid and firm for my taste, the lousy steering wheel can be fixed by individual setting of sport steering, down part of side doors are also soft material which in x3 is hard
Great production Thomas , I love Autogeuhl ... Amazing content and you guys Are awesome ...
thanks so much! have a good time!
For me already used X3, my wife is for glc 300, Mercedes winning on torge powerful then bmw x3 and on road trip Mercedes glc 300 is very comfortable smooth much than bmw x3, your kids will love it.
Thank you for this excellent in depth review Thomas. Thanks to you, we just ordered a 2020 model with Artico upholstery and Air body Control.
You're welcome. Feel free to spread the word
and so great that you do care about animals!
Autogefühl We live in Australia and have only two choices of upholstery. Leather or Artico. No cloth. Artico is the logical choice and the leather option is the same price as Air Body Control. So win, win for us!
Nice review! When are you going to test the plug in 300e? I think it could be the right solution to also solve the fuel issue
Not sure but we ll try!
Currently there is no review of glc300e at the level that you do reviews. I am considering to buy that model but cant find more details ither than whats in the marketing materials or carshow reviews.
Hi Thomas. Could you please review the 300e?
Autogefühl hey! Please review the 300e
I had big doubts about choosing the X3 or the GLC. Both are really great rides.
Finally, I preferred the BMW because I made a better deal and the model is much newer than the Mercedes.
Thanks for another great video!
Cheers! U can also compare x3 reviews and our comparison episode

@@autogefuehl I saw it three times. You guys absolutely nail it. I agree with Thomas thoughts.
Thank you for your help. It's great to have such insightful videos as yours.
Thanks for the review, a very good one with all the details - I'm waiting the PHEV version review!
👌
Cheers pal!
Danke Thomas und Team 😘
Thank you for that in-depth review Thomas. I am currently in the market for a mid-sized luxury suv and was struggling between a GLC300 & an X3 (30i) and your video was very helpful. I have test driven both and thanks to your review, am veering more towards the GLC300!
Which one did you end up getting. I am struggling to choose between the two
i bought my one 2 weeks ago. It's 220d and very fuel efficient.I love it
Nice! ❤
Very detailed and useful review for prospective buyers. Also thank you for picking an interesting route. 👍
Great review! Appreciate all the small details that you provide. I wish you had a chance to review US based Acura RDX Advance to see if you like it and how it compares to this segment.
Either GLC or X5 for me. Tried all and went with GLC300 FL 😍
great video , I just buy one , delivery will be in 16 may from Oberursel .
Nice car we got GLA 2015 without any problems. GLC is the fine size
No one can beat Mercedes-Benz in Interior design.😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thomas Benny yes on top when it comes to plastics and noise they do. Quality Level of Dacia for price of premium class.
Maybe Audi?
Lmao, have u been sitting in one? I drove alot of modern Mercedes, they look fancy at first, but if u touch the material, it just feels cheap.
One word: “Volvo” !
Why do I feel vulgar and unimaginative
How do the safety features on a GLC and a GLE compare?
If I add all the safety packages to both cars are they pretty much the same in terms of safety?
Would the GLE be a better choice because it is larger and likely to perform better in a crash?
Hm, safety tech is comparable. More about size
Thomas, keep up the good work! Thoroughly enjoy your reviews on the different lines of the same model car. Great video and sound quality. Best reviews on youtube
👌
Really struggling between the 220d or the 300d is there much difference
Hopefully the issues of squealing brakes, wind noise and front tyre skipping have been resolved!
It would be great if you would do such a thorough review on the GLC 300e, aswell. Cheers!
Just overpriced for me.
thanks for the story!
How does it compare to the 4 cylinder velar?
Finally!:)nice review...please also review the velar sv autobiography

Thomas.....Thank you for another excellent review. I love your conversational style in your reviews. Have you ever considered using a sound meter so you could inform us on the actual noise level in decibels? I especially would like to know how the noise level is different between the GLB 250 4Matic SUV and the GLC 300 4Matic SUV when cruising on U.S. interstate at 65 mph. Regardless, you provide the best video reviews of any that I've watched.
Thanks 🙏
Yes indeed, and we also did that with the smart phone from time to time. The problem is that you always have different road surfaces and different weather and then it becomes harder to compare in a fair way. But I would think about it
Hi Thomas,
Was wäre dein väterlicher Rat?

Beautiful crossover. Am going to get one. What is this exterior color called?
Hello Thomas! I am a Canadian owner of a C400 2015. It is unfortunately unavailable now in america so I was thinking about the C300 2020. Your thoughts on the "300" 2.0T 4cylinder compared to the A4's 2.0T+DSG and BMW 2.0T?
Hey m8, well as for engines they all come quite close powerwise from the german premium manufacturers, I am most convinced by the BMW one though. But you shouldnt make your choice all about the engine
As always a detailed and interesting review :-)
Feel free to share it with your friends!
Many thank Thomas great review, excellent video well than Autogefuhl. Top quality interior, beautiful, typical MB but pricier than many rivals. Personally I will take the X3.
Thomas great review! However GLB vs GLC is missing! Wind noise, space?
Compare our GLB driving review!
Thanks a lot, I got it now🍺
It seems that Agility just does its own thing automatically up to a certain limit and the Dynamic use active damping.
Hey, glc smaller and cheaper isnt it? And suv lover or not? :)
X3 30d would be a good alternative. X3 is based on 5-series and it is a real 3.0lt 6cyl. engine!!
Cheers!
Thanks for the feedback!
Hi Thomas. Is the air body control worth the money ?
Hey, it definitely gives unique driving experience
Mercedes is not anymore the brand it used to be,it has many reliability problems due to electronics made in Taiwan and other issues..pneumatic suspension is garbbage on any mercedes model..20-30 years ago, mercedes was something else.
I would be pleased to hear from you regarding 'many reliability problems' that you have experienced. I am seriously consider buying either X3 or GLC. I am leaning to Merc as I am expecting it is less problem than BMW (?). Thanks !
@@ssudarso X3 but not the 2.0 litres engines..
very nicely done review
thanks keep tuning in =)
Which one is better finally ?
Thanks for the feedback!
Hi Thomas excellent review as always! When do you think the new GLC will arrive and do you think it will be the same chassis/shape/interior as the EQC just with a combustion engine?
thanks! That ll take a while, the GLC is not old
Danke Thomas.
Great review as always Thomas, profesional and detailed! Would you say a same spec (air susp,...) GLC COUPÉ would be as refinated in all terms apart from losing cargo and interior space (compared to regular GLC)? Or the model change really afects the overall driving experience? Thanks in advance!
Thanks! Yeah
Hi Thomas. In The Netherlands it is available as non-4wd too.
Interesting!
MHEV is used for less consumption on paper, otherwise manufacturers wouldn’t do that (eu emission laws)
please, point the lack of a full size spare wheel. Cutting weight it's not a good excuse. Tirefit kits don't work well and a space saver is also not a reliable solution as the range is limited as well.
At least give me the choice to tick it as an option. Or leave room in the trunk for one and I'll buy one full size wheel myself
Was für ein Zierelement Dekor ist das?
Why is the center screen still an afterthought when everything else looks so well integrated?
Because this a super late facelift. The new c-class generation comes end of 2020 and then probably around 2022 to the GLC.
My shortlist : GLC 220D…..X3 2.0 M SPORT. AND entry MACAN…ALL IN WHITE….I think GLC IS WINNING

Great review....thanks.
Can you please tell me what height you are to better judge headroom.
thanks! I tell that in every review :)
LUV The GLC 300!!!
What is the significant difference btw. GLC and GLE in terms of a car for a family?!
Size, price, features. Compare it here: th-cam.com/video/yGvZMgFD3iQ/w-d-xo.html
Thank you Thomas for another excellent review. Absolutely best Car reviews!! Would you prefer a new Mercedes E-class above this GLC drivingwise on the motorway? Also i am curious about your review on the GLC 300e comparing to the Mild hybrid GLC.
Cheers!
Hmm eclass is more silent and lies better on road but glc has upright seating position
Depends on what you look for. If wifey is not pushing for an SUV (main and almost only advantage: higher driving position and airy interior), I would go for E estate (but In mainland Europe, it is seen as a taxi! 😉)
. But, definitely more car for the money! (And I have a GLC!! 🤣)
Schöne Grüsse an Autogefühl Leute.
How much would this exact model trim cost in USA?
Some 50 k with some extras, like 70 k with all extras
After expiration of the warranty ?
$10
Q5 all day.
How tall are you ?
If I want to drive it until it is junk, will the 6 cyl last longer (more cyls to do the work - less strain on individual cyl)?
Hmm.. generally that might be
The tablet stuck on top of the dashboard looks dated mercedes should have integrated everything like the A class
Will you review the phev?
Yep later

No, no, no...... I would go for a nice crisp and clean design: Volvo. No stick-on screen, no plastic clad seats, no cheasy blue ambient lighting....
