I have noticed that clips that I speed up are suddenly microstuttering/dropping frames. (video from Pixel 7 pro, sped up 1,1x in capcut). WIth original speed, its okay. Could you try? :)
What lens you using to film yourself?
The good ol’ Canon 16-35mm 2.8 EF, which I use a lot less lately
My app is updated to the latest version and I still don’t have the auto adjust
