procrastination tip: the most difficult thing is to start. once you've started it's not that bad most of the times. if u really have no motivation just set a timer and do the task for 20 minutes. mostly after that you're in the flow and keep doing it but if not it's fine, at least you've started :)
tips for distancing yourself from toxic friends:
-find other people. if someone makes you uncomfortable and/or insecure, find people who make you feel safe and loved, and over time, you'll find yourself hanging out with that friend more often, and forgetting about the toxic one

10:15 Another thing about getting into a relationship, like Nicole said, you have to first love and appreciate yourself not only because the you wouldn't be able to give all the love the other person deserves because there are cases where it is possible to have a relationship that way. But also going into a relationship without any self love will make it a lot harder to get out of it, especially if it's a toxic one because you fall in love with the way they make you feel even of they hurt you most of the time, and so it ends with you being emotionally dependent of the person. So give yourself some time and don't rush into anything, and if you feel like you need that love that a partner is supposed to give you then try searching for it in other places or even in hobbies. ♡

Nicole you give so much good advice to everyone. I’ve been through friendships that were positive and one person is a toxic friend and I told her yesterday that I can’t be friends with her anymore and the weight was lifted off my shoulders.

the advice on the “right time” was really needed for me.. all of my close friends/bestfriends have someone they are talking to or dating and i’m the only one who’s not dating anyone and it makes me look down on my self thinking i’m not pretty enough or something. but i also realized those same friends break up with their boyfriends after like a week or go from guy to guy and don’t stay in one so i think the right guy will come to me when it’s time. i’m so glad i heard this i needed it thank you.
