- A chef's mission to help at-risk youth has resulted in the creation of Cafe Momentum, a downtown nonprofit restaurant that employs former juvenile offenders, and teaches them both life and on-the-job skills, while offering a fine dining experience.

Great job! Showing the God of a second chance to young men & women
I believe more communities needs to see this program in action, learn from it, bring it to their own communities, and implement it to invest into our future generations. That also go for the adults who have been incarcerated as well. May God bless them in their venture.
