Now there are 2 performances on youtube. Excellent. Superb version This one is a bit more uptempo than Doug’s. And I think I prefer his, but probably because its the first one I heard. I DO think that ‘slower’ lets the bends and bows stand out more.,..especially the ‘backward tape loop’ effect... but just before the halfway point I find myself really digging this version too. More pedal work which really works. How delightful to have this version as well. REALLY solid, kudos

What is the model of the mallet for the bending? Any suggestions for one similar?

Really looks like a Malletech Bob Becker mallets, but to me that model feels a bit too soft for the bending work...
