Considering this is a "live" performance, this girl sings amazingly! She sings with grandiosity, while Susanne Sundfor sings in a far more "intimate" way. Spetacular !

Seeing her sing this in person was incredible, I was blown away by her voice and it's power.

She had really big shoes to fill when Morgan Kibby left. She's a perfect pick. Anthony Gonzalez is a musical genius.
Still prefer Kibby, even though she doesn't sing on this track, it's the gorgeous Sundfor, I like Kaila. But Morgan Kibby will always be there for me since that's the era I loved of M83.

Kaela, to me, has the same magic that the ABBA singers had. And this may not be PC today but to me, her voice and force with all its beautiful, entrancing, pure , resonating femininity evokes a visceral affinity and attraction from deep within my male self that Abba did. I mean that in the most purest sense.

Went to M83's concert in 2016 (not in Oakland tho) and saw her perform. To this day I still come back to see my video of her i took. One of the most amazing singers ever.

I agree i personally prefer the original with Susanne, but I must admit Kaela is giving it all her best and doing really good! Each brings their own flavour.. I respect both artists.. It's not easy singing this song, and I doubt any of the people commenting one is better than other, could ever even hold a note to either of these two (obviously)talented ladies. Respect!
