Suggestion: Process Mapping with UML Diagrams (e.g. Activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram etc.)
I did not suggest them to you coz there is no information available on youtube regarding this; there is. I suggested it to you because I am sure that you can explain them in the best possible way- the simple way. This would also give you more audience in your lectures.

How can you measure customer satisfaction!?
I believe customer satisfaction as Critical Success Factor and 'number of positive feedback you received' or 'number of products returned by unsatisfied customer' is few among the many other key performance indicators.

Hi Badshah. You're not wrong. The Balanced scorecard refers to customer satisfaction in a slightly different way. It accounts for the performance indicators you mentioned and clubs them together into customer satisfaction.
