I just bought a heavy bag and boxing gloves and wrist wrap just a few days ago and I've been using it but I just needed to know how to wrap my hands correctly this is very helpful
Great guide. I feel like the wraps I bought from my local title are a bit shorter than yours, when I get to the figure X, I run out of material. Is there a part okay to omit? What are the most important things to wrap? Looks like he focuses on the knuckles and wrists.
You probably found the answer already, but for anyone else asking, go for 180. That's 15 feet. Whether for fighting or training, boxers usually go for 15 to 18 foot hand wraps. 10 feet would be better for teens or people with really small hands.
@@mariog4674 thank you for the answer. Being completely new to this, I had bought 120s and kinda figured these were the 180s because I ran out of wrap following these instructions
Y'all may laugh... we have incorporate boxing for our daughter, if you can believe this for Volleyball... the footwork, hand and arm speed. I know, you're all laughing... She asked about the speed bag and the heavy bag. Coach....I know way you wrap your wrist...
Justin, that is the best, no-nonsense hand wrap video I've seen yet. Thank you!
I'm a dancer and started boxing recently! It's greatly helped my balance and footwork. Great tutorial on wrapping.
Best video I’ve seen
Great Wrap Instruction.

I pressed the like button , thank you . ✊🏼
yall how to do i prevent the loose wrap from twisting as i go?
It would help if you show the top of your hand instead of the side view.
My wrap is not elastic had to skip a couple loops 🤣
Thank you for the video. Would suggest making slower pace for beginners.
Wow I’m first to comment lol
That’s just amazing man! 😮
Someone has to be! And you won my friend!
I didn’t know they had quick wrap
Quick wraps don’t last as long as regular hand wraps
What size a use to wrap my hands 120 or 180

I usually use 150's sometimes 180's all depends on how my wrists feel n yeah i believe the 120's r for younger people
This video is very confusing, I honestly think I'm stupid
