@@w.k.liggins2870 Yes.. there were a few songs songs they rotated through during the mid-late 90's between starting line-ups and tip-off. Brooklyn Bounce - "Get Ready to Bounce" (th-cam.com/video/iEbQFyxFK28/w-d-xo.html) , and a custom-made song called "Pacer Crazy" (th-cam.com/video/8jPQ41Wsyao/w-d-xo.html).
I’m from Texas & have been a Pacers since high school & Reggie has always been my favorite player. I loved this team and i loved how Reggie and Mark worked together! They were my favorite duo. ❤
No other team came close to bringing the heat and energizing the arena than Indy during these years! I especially liked how the starters were a range of cool and emotionless (Davis) and manic (Reggie and Jackson) really made it a treat when Indy was playing on national television; they were an underratedly fun team and had marvelous chemistry
This was my favorite team. My favorite year. My favorite intro. And Reggie my favorite player. A shame I was living in ny. Only one in bars wearing a pacer hat. Got screamed at in msg regularly with my miller jersey on. I had to start wearing my miller 10 Olympic jersey so they couldn’t badmouth the country when bashing me. It helped a little. Until the fourth quarter. Then I had to put my knicks jacket on over it cause man it was cold as f.
As a 10-12yr old kid, there was nothing better than seeing this intro live. MSA and Reb Porter are missed!
MSA atmosphere was amazing
By the way, you went to MSA in person so do you remember any music that is being played during the opening tip at MSA?
MSA was the loudest area bankerslife or whatever it is called now sounds like a golf tournament

Trust and believe there was MUCH better if you followed the league, orlando, Chicago, Seattle are just a few.
This is when the Pacers knew how to throw a party. GO PACERS!!!!!!
Back when Basketball was Basketball 🏀
Reb Porter was such an incredible presence on the P.A. system. One of the greats.
Yep. Dan Roberts of the Jazz who is still there is an underrated voice too. He was the PA voice of the Jazz when Stockton and Malone were there.
I miss reb he’s still my fav miss that guy on the PA mic
@@VancouverChokers he’s one of my favs also they got the best seat in the house why would u ever wanna leave it lol
My favorite pacers squad of all time, love Reggie Miller, Dale Davis and Mark Jackson
Still gives me goosebumps. No other P.A. announcer has come even close to what Reb Porter was.
Back when they were very competitive!! I'm 62, I remember the ABA days of the Coliseum, Red, White and Blue Ball.
I love the kick and the bow that Reggie does...

Lets go
Song name?
jock jams - let's get ready to rumble
Reb made me want to be a PA Announcer.
Oof. This was beyond not good. But as a PA if you started doing it, that's awesome! It is a VERY disrespected and difficult business. All the best
@@showtimeman5673Did you ever go to MSA?
