  • Shout-out to the owners for being so kind in sharing their newly acquired property with us. Thank you so much!
    So far we have visited 3 RumahWIPs, and the main similarities would be the cost centric approach to everything as it's a compliance element imposed to property developers. The design will priorities on function over aesthetics.
    First of all, the setback of the building away from the entrance is already reflecting the constraint of the odd land shape. There's also the absence of entry statement and sense of arrival back home. It's directly a turn connecting the entrance to the carpark area. Followed by the lack of security access to the lift would be a concern of the project.
    But as we enter the unit, everything seems decent in terms of built quality and space layout. My favourite space would be the external corridor of this corner unit. It's open and bright. Also, I was very happy when the owner shared about the initiatives by the developer in providing gym, compensating for the main door, installing the windows on the corridor and etc.
    Anyway, it has been nothing but a pleasant project located in a well established location. Awesome deal as a new home=)

    Good review and good job by the government to make sure (force) developers to do a certain number of more affordable projects.

    this is such a great layout for a rumahwip. the kitchen length is practical and can squeeze a fridge. not to mention got swimming pool and balcony. rooms are in decent size. those who has the eligibility but dont apply for this is a waste. why rent 1k to 1,5k when you can get this at almost the same price and its yours.

    Thanks for this great review. Really impressive for a rumahwip. Surprisingly, that not many people applied. Next, time got this type of project, i should do my community service and apply. Hehehe.

    The unit is nearly as same as my university hostel. The difference is all the room have same size, the kitchen has a kitchen top, two shared bathrooms and we can't acess the corridor. Bring up memories 🥺

    what you can do is 06:46, is leave the electric n water outlets for washer/dryer but flip the kitchen/yard door to swing open to the window side. or change to bifold door.

    Great review. My point of view, other than the location, the parking entrance is very important. That is what I forsee I will use daily but can not change due to being a common area. especially they are full of cars along the way. whereas the house internal, at least I still have a say and could find ways to overcome the problem more easily. Cheers, just my opinion. :)

    No card access to the lift lobby and within the lift itself means I can literally have food delivery right at my doorstep without me having to go down and pick up. Cost-effective and functional except from security perspective. I miss those days.

    Do you mind to do a review on Razakmas2, the cheapest rumahwip in Klang? With more than half of the residents being old folks as they are from seri labuan, I really wanted to know if it means less active night life/ noises and is a good place to stay.

    Layout wise, quite practical... 2 things that I don't like is the balcony grill (half? and some units seems don't have grill at all?) and the yard (lack of privacy)
    Btw, this project also by Aset Kayamas... not just the one at the other side. 😅

    Iherng.. need your view on this.. i bought a property in 2019 jun and developer agreed to pay MOT and MOC duty. Later found that HOC 2019 in place whereby no duty at all. But at this time i already purchased with the fake promise of developer creating an impression that they giving a good deal. Is this considered as a misleading/cheating..?? I believe the developer knows there is HOC in place and they dont need to give that kind of promises in first place.. pls advice..

However, I think AK is doing quite well now especially with developing various affordable and competitive pricing projects in prime areas creating good opportunities for young buyers to purchase their first homes/investments.
