Thank you for the video. I had the exact same problem with the panel and headlight flickering and i purchased a new headlight switch and i installed it by myself and it was working.
The lights on my 1995 Chrysler Concord has been blinking on and off for two weeks now. Try taking off the battery cable on the positive side,still nothing. The car starts but after awhile it shuts down.
I know why the lights flicker on the Chrysler 300 that has no online solutions and that no shop or dealership has been able to diagnose yet!! is this the car your referring to?
The very first thing you need to do is get a digital voltometer and check battery for 12.70 volts without vehicle running and then check again with vehicle running for around 14+ volts and holding steady to indicate good alternator..if one or both are off check all connection on battery and alternator and your +connection to your pcm..this connection on pcm has a smaller wire that is prone to vibrations and breaks..always check free stuff first.
Okay, prior to commenting I checked the battery and alternator and replaced both. No change. Volts are where thet should be and everything checks out with my grounds, no corrosion and tight. My last option is buying a new part but I think this is what I'll have to do here.
In 2005 Chrysler gave a notice to have the computer FLASHED because of this problem I had the problem and had the computer Flashed (updated) and it fixed the flickering lights. Tried the switch and it didn't work. $100 to do the work.
Brad Salzwedel were your headlights/dashlights pulsating? im having that problem...new battery and alternator and its not that, so i probably need to hit the dealer to have computer "flashed" (software update or whatever?)

THEY MIGHT NOT BELIEVE YOU. The dealer in my city said they see a lot of these cars that need their computer updated. Not just what is on this bulletin. Yes my headlights/dashlights pulsating and the car even runs better. I didn't know it was running bad. It just runs better with better response now.

Same 2009 touring sct design also dash light freak out, mine in European right hand drive and has auto headlights so newer model than video, it's not + or - wiring, checked inside both fuse boxes also? Any ideas

Hello, yes. i replaced the switch that day and they are still running like new now. hope i won't run into any more trouble.
