So, just to clear up a little confusion around 'Ingenue' (pronounced "ahn-gen-you" btw),
this was not set after the pilot, the little girl is young ivy, so we are seeing some of her backstory here,
and she had not just met Victor and Mordecai here, her dad, Ruby, is involved in the 'business' so she's familiar with them, hence why they are taking a picture together

No, this isn’t after the pilot. It’s like 15 years beforehand. Because the little girl in this is Ivy (the girl with Rocky and Freckle in the pilot). We also know it’s not because Atlas (the gray tabby) is dead in the pilot and is Mitzi’s (the orange tabby lady) late husband. Mitzi runs the underground speakeasy in the pilot and Victor is the bartender. Mitzi and Victor no longer are on the same “team”/business as Mordecai (the black cat), Mordecai in the pilot tries to kill their suppliers, including Ivy

Yeah, little girl is Ivy from the pilot episode. Her father was the man who acquired vehicles for the group in its hayday. Most likely Vitkor modifies them(added the metal reinforcements to the door, etc), while not doing his normal work(He is a hatchet man like Mordecai). She is taking the picture with them because she knows the husband and wife. if memory serves, Ivy is Atlas's god daughter. This is the start of Ivy's relationship with Mord and Vik, Mord didnt fire in the pilot because to take out the driver would be to take out Ivy, so he missed on purpose. End of the pilot, when Ivy shows interest in dancing with "Freckles", Vik scratches the bar(hes very protective of Ivy, most of the people in charge are rather protective of her).
